We came to Aruba for 7 night and booked hotel way in advance. Pictures we saw on the Internet are so photoshopped to make the area look so much nicer than it is. This was our view - ground floor dirty floor and looking out at the restaurant's back door. Pool chairs come in the first come first serve basis but you can't get the chairs on the beach for some reason and you have to enter the draw every day at 3-4pm for next day which is an absolute joke. Service is more or less OK although don't buy cocktails on the beach. 2 days in a row we were sitting down to watch World Cup and I was watching guys making cocktails 95% of the time it was just pure cocktail sugar mixers especially if its a frozen one. I saw only 2 bartenders in all 7 days actually adding alcohol. Overall experience was very disappointing but we didn't let this spoil our holiday. Oh and one day I've ordered veggie salad from the restaurant and it came just lettuce apples and onion (was suppose to have tomatoes cucumbers etc!) I've asked the restaurant about it they told me they run out of vegetables. That was in the middle of the week!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My wife and I came for our honeymoon and they put chocolates and champagne in the room complimentary on our first night. Our room was one of the updates ones, but there are still parts of the hotel that need to be updated which is why I give it 4 stars. All the restaurants had good food, drinks were a little pricey but that's to be expected. The location of this place is also ideal as it is right across the street from all the shopping and restaurants.

Great place. Had a little issue with the room and them trying to give my wife and I two full beds instead of our ordered King size. After a second trip to the front desk they fixed it but we were garden view over the parking lot. Would totally rate it higher but I was treated as if I put them out by asking for the room I payed for. All other staff had been kind and helpful. The resort is beautiful and family friendly. Oh and a side note they do have gluten free options.

Amazing! Best flying grasshopper martini ever wonderful atmosphere great star and you must try lobster couscous you can even share it and eat at the bar.

Great spot for food or happy hour on the water. It sits right on a marina with very good food - specializing in seafood. I would suggest it is slightly more expensive than the two $$ on Google. It's more like a $$$.

Great for Sunday brunch. Come early to avoid a wait. They have mini donuts as a snack if you do end up waiting. The menu has many creative options and there are always a lot of good specials to choose from. We had a surf and turf burger which was amazing. The kitchen was very fast. Our server - Fallis - was very good, attentive, prompt, but not over-bearing. They are dog friendly on the patio with a cute little card that explains the rules, which are very appropriate, like don't feed your dog with our plates and don't put them on the chairs or table. Great spot for brunch. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Coconuts has a great vibe and lots of fresh air. We sat outside in the back an enjoyed the open view of the water while watching boats go by.
The shrimp cocktail was ok but not great.
The comfort bowl was not the type of food I normally enjoy but others may like it. For me it was just too cheesy and a bit bland.
The rest of our food was awesome! Loved the fish of the day. It was very fresh and they did a great job grilling it.

Our server, Paige, was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the food options and places to check out in the surrounding areas. My friends loved everything they ordered! My complaint-I do not like seafood so I was so excited to try my Comfort Bowl (Mac and Cheese). Nowhere in the description does it say that there are practically raw onions in the cheese sauce and fried shallots on top. Also, I did not find any chicken in it, but they said it was shredded and in the dish. For a place that takes the time to print the location of the oysters offered and tell you what their half-chicken is marinated in, I don't think it's crazy for them to tell you there were two types of onions in the dish. I ended up not eating anything, but the beer I had was delicious! MIA Mega Mix - an American Pale Ale from a Florida brewery. Delicious. :)
