Worst food for a long wait. Ordered chicken wings..they came out dried and crusty and partially burnt. Ordered nachos that I got with "Mexican" chicken which is one of the worst things I've ever eaten. And that came out partially burnt as well. I think they used baked beans as a topping instead of black or pinto which is a sin in my book. The chicken was in big chunks and absolutely tasteless. Nothing about this meal was authentic. I will never eat there again.

For the bad ratings, its fairly busy most nights!
Its fine, eaten there quite a few times.
Bit of an update...went there the other night, bit average.
Probably should have stayed at home to cook.

Menu is surprisingly expensive and is in absolutely no way justified by the quality of the food which is extremely sub-par. No steak for under $30, even on the lunch menu. The size of the steaks are also shocking considering the price tag.
Even a simple pub staple such as the chicken parmigiana is overpriced, they use extremely low quality cheese, and you'll be lucky to get 10 chips on your plate with it!
Better food at any other pub than here!
On a positive note, large range of beers on tap, and they are the only thing that is well priced at the Juicy Rump

Saw the bad ratings but after checking out the menu, decided to give it a go. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how tasty our meals were. We kept it simple, chicken burger w/chips, pasta w/ olive oil, garlic and chicken and an order of onion rings. Everything was exactly as was described and was everything we were looking for. The outdoor seating was quite nice as well and the misting system kept it refreshing and kept the flies away. Look forward to our return.

Excellent service and amenities. Convenient shuttle into town (only 2k away of you want to walk). Multiple restaurant options within the same complex.

Great accommodation. Love the fitness centre attached to the fitness centre. Reception service could be better. Some staff are too rigid and unaccommodating.

Beautiful room. Had to get the tv sorted but all good. No music channel tho. Staff great quick to help. Will be back. Great stuff.

Poor check in disappointing on arrival that we like numerous other people were left waiting in excess of over 2hrs for our room when they were aware of our ETA.
The upside the room deluxe king room is beautifully appointed and bathroom is too. Walk across to the pool.
Room service a bit slow and being charged $5 on top of order you would expect the food to be hot?? However hubby had a steak sandwich that was cooked perfect my Barra was cooked but cold our sides chips tasted old and cold. Sad for the price.
If we weren't so tired from our flight and wait on arriving we would have gone to a restaurant or visited family for a meal.

Lovely large rooms. Comfortable and clean. Staff very quick to help and always smiling.
The Casino is not as welcoming. Had a meal at Juicy Rump did great steaks, but the young man on the bar taking lunch time orders may need more training in customer service. No smiles, no product knowledge & no waitperson skills. Quite disappointing as the steaks were cooked to order and very tender.
