We stayed in one of the newly renovated room. It was very nice and comfortable. Shower only but no problem. Big tv. Yeah! Primrose restaurant was wonderful. Food and service was excellent. It is an upscale place with French decor. But so nice. Check in/out is automated but has an attendant to help if necessary. Love the new side park. Live music on Tues. Lots of fun. Can not wait to go back.

This is a good casino hotel to go to on the strip that because of its smaller than average size stays mostly low key and less impacted by the crowds and still manages to provide an experience worthy of its location. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms have Very poor lighting. Lamps with soft bulbs housed behind a black opaque shade when have dark wood floors and dark furniture isn't practical. I understand the purpose of giving a room a certain look, but there should be an option to be able to SEE when I need to.

Hotel was clean and had a nice look about it. Room assigned to us was large and all the features were great.
Room Service - good, but not up to the par of the reputation of the resort as it’s advertised.
The trash cans were not emptied out unless we pointed out. The room was missing iron board from the day-1.
The bathroom- newly remodeled is fantastic, but the shower curtain did not hold the water from going all the way out into main area - something needs be done to take care off the issue.
Location is good as it’s on the strip.
Too pricey if your sole aim is to sight Vegas.
You get charged from parking to resort fees( even when you don’t use them, the Spa on 2nd floor was anyways closed).
Overall a nice place.

My experience at the Park MGM was very smooth and easy going. Right now, the hotel is still going through renovation and upgrades so please just keep that mind. The room was simple and had the necessities. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the bathroom looked amazing. Loved the Primrose restaurant within the hotel, the food and hospitality was amazing and highly recommend that restaurant. I also love how the hotel is able access other locations around the area.

Can hear everything from inside your room! It’s ridiculous! All you hear is drunk people all night. Cabana rentals are nice pools are cool. Rooms are pretty nice. I wish their were locks on the bathroom doors instead of the slide door with no locks. Phone in room didn’t work. Therefore we couldn’t call the front desk for anything! Which didn’t matter because the front desk closed at a ridiculous time! Air conditioner didn’t get very cold but it was very warm in our room. When it’s 100+ degrees out I want a cold room. We rented a cabana it was fun and cool but the food was super expensive! It was pretty cool I had a very good breakfast wrap. Overall and okay experience just a lot of minor issues led to my review.

As I'm going back to California I am writing this review. I stayed from June 25-28. Three nights and four days. They are still in construction, but it does not make loud noises. I have to say, the hotel looks ugly with all of this constructing going on, but I'm pretty sure it will look great after they are done. Next thing, the hotel room. The beds are and have always been very comfortable, but there is no desk, nor mini fridge available. The only George that the room has is full of things that you need to pay for.

It looks as though this casino is shaping up to be a great counter to the crazy (and sometimes stupidly excessive) casinos on the strip. Some of the small details matter in the lack of refrigerator and construction running a bit early in the morning but the latter should be remedied by the Fall. Being a little longer in the tooth I appreciated being able to relax by the pool during the day. The rooms are Spartan to the extreme and based on the rates I paid, reasonable. If they jump up to typical strip rates I would question the value. Overall enjoyed my stay here and would return (at the same price)

Overall I had a great stay for a reasonable price for a hotel on the strip. The staff and house keeping were extremely accommodating supplying me with extra towels and toiletries promptly upon request. Valet was also extremely quick and friendly! I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention it was right across the street from the t mobile arena if you plan on staying for a game.

Going to be top notch once construction complete. Great location, great transportation with tram to other venues. Monte Carlo as mentioned, is undergoing construction. Casino small at this time, places to eat minimal, check in and check out all automated, don't need any human intervention to get your room or room keys. Very good time and convenient to all of the strip.

Realizing that this resort is still under construction, so there will be inevitable noise & dust. The new Park MGM is fabulous! Much more boutique-like than similar MGM resorts. The rooms are beautiful with actual artwork on the wall (which is carried over to the room keys). Walk-In showers with great water pressure! Only complaint with the rooms is the complete lack of storage space. Difficult to unpack if you are staying more than a few nights. The new pool is elegant, geared more to the adult crowd. Primrose Bistro is beautiful. The staff were very accommodating (and quick with a drink) and the fresher look of the casino is lovely. The location is perfect . So much to do along Park Ave. Would 100% be back!
