Nobody seems to know anything about the products they sell . Lazy useless sales woman told me she was just a receiver and that's all , I would have given them no stars if I could have . Oh the manager did finally come out from the back of the store to assist , he was the only one who could be bothered explaining something to me .

Absolutely appalled by our service today at bcf. Price matching is a joke. There excuse is we need to pay much more for freight. Thanks for nothing bcf. We have now bought our product 400mts down the road for 100 dollars cheaper. You should maybe change freight companies.
