For people visiting this casino outside of Austria, be aware that you will most likely be charged €30 per person to enter the casino without any notice from the person behind the desk saying the actual entrance is free, but the €30 is in regards to a package. Casino manager wasn't willing to give any refund or compromises after this incident. I am sure the casino is very fun, but as a tourist you feel used after such event.

Nice security, good promos and friendly casino personnel. Not the friendliest barmen. On roulette you must wager "entry" chips much more times then you expect, so take the money to the gaming card and wager on the touchscreen-roulette, then exchange to chips and then move to table.

Nice place for gambling and friendly staff! Dress code isn't very strict. I didn't try the food from the restaurant but it looks fancy. Smallest bets start at 2€ but only for Black Jack and Roulette and as far as I'm concerned you can only gamble with that small bets before 1:00, after that minimum bets are 5€. What really sucks in my opinion is that certain tables have special rules, like stand off at if the bank draws 22 at Black Jack. Reduces your win rate drastically!
Overall a good casino, there are still better ones out there!

Because exactly the same behaviour happened in both Casinos. Wien and Baden.
What worried me most is the fact, that I have not been addressed correctly as a lady.
Blind? or ignorance?
Never received an apologize.

I remember, when I have been rude requested to wear a tie.
Some of the Casino guys must be blind...!
I admit I look sportive and do not wear high heel shoes.
Even they have not apologized.
Since that I stopped my Casino visits.
