I went to casino to go Gamble and had a great time. The delaers and pit bosses were fun with an energetic environment around. My sister and I had great be conversation with the people. Along with this there were dancers behind the dealers who were friendly and having fun. Only downside is it would take a very long time to receive drinks along with the server forgot our drinks 2 times.

Always love the atmosphere here. Craps tables dealers have tons of personality. Bar tenders are great. The music and dancing girls give this historic gem a great ambiance. Located right next to one of the stages of the Fremont Street experience. Enjoy!

From check in to check out everything was perfect! We arrived a few hours before check in so the front desk clerk stored our bags and gave us a key to use the D's pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The $5 minimum on blackjack was great and dealers were very friendly along with the rest of the staff. It also didn't hurt that the cocktail waitress came by every 15-20 minutes to make sure your drink was always full. We stayed on the strip the first couple of nights on this trip, but we will be spending the rest of our trips to Vegas at Golden Gate!

Update June 2018: This is my LV home-away-from-home. The moment we drive in, every two weeks, we are treated by genuinely happy faces. The guys at Valet are always welcoming, and Billie, at the front desk, greets us like we are friends. Always get a Suite here. They are well appointed and super comfortable. The casino reorganization is being handled very well. The cashier's cage is now closer to the hotel lobby. This makes movement around the tables a little easier, but I miss saying hi to the employees. I'm glad to see the extra change machines dispersed around the casino. This is the place I feel luckiest, or, at least, like my money goes farther. The Gate, along with her Bad-Ass Brother, The D, define the gaming experience on Fremont Street.

The waitresses charged my credit card for another drink. I was. I wish I could post a picture. One charge was at 11:05pm and the other was at 11:13. They're a rip-off. I called, and they wouldn't take it off my card. I had to call my credit Union and let them handle it. I will never ever use my card and I will discourage my friends from going there when we are at Freemont.

We took a night tour of Las Vegas and were taken to see the famous Fremont / Main Street, walking through the Golden Gate. In 1905 Land Auction held at Fremont and Main Street gave birth to Las Vegas. In 1906, the price for room and board was $1 per day! In 1907, the first telephone was installed at Golden Gate, with a phone number of Ring... 1... please! The Casino was packed, and we loved the looks of the hotel from Fremont Street. Photos are submitted.

Husband and I were playing keno machines. We're at machines for about 45 minutes, maybe an hour when a worker came over and said you have 3 minutes. We're closing this area. What?? Wait...Why?? That would have been good to know before we stuck our $ in these machines. Manager says "Sorry, I told them to hang signs but they didn't. I also told them to tell people. We're remodeling this area. There's lots of other machines to play" Those other machines don't have our money in them that we have no chance of winning back. A simple sign saying we will be closing this area at this time could of prevented this. We left and I threw my players card in the garbage. There's so many other places to play and have fun in Vegas!

Wonderful place to visit, clean rooms with nice toiletries. Good restaurant options with a very nice room service menu. Location is nice, everything is close enough without leaving you feeling crowded. Something to do at all times or be alone if that's your preference. Plan on spending time here, there is more available than you think

It is one of the old town hotel, but just at center of everything. Busy, friendly employees, some of the bars are excellent. I don't know why people smoke on a non-smoking classes, and needs some furnitures updates.
