This was our first visit to the Hard Rock. We were greeted by a desk clerk who was over-the-top helpful, funny, and just an all-around wonderful person. Our room was nice of course all of the restaurants and the small stores were great. My daughter is very much into music, of course this seemed like the best place to stay being that this was a trip for a graduation gift. We were sad to learn that it's going to change but excited to be able to see what it develops into. We will be back.

I love all things Hard Rock! The Hard Rock Hotel,& the Hard Rock Cafe. I loved 'Raiding The Rock Vault' show we saw there. I did have a bad experience in room #1402. The bathroom lights were too dim. I went to the restroom around 5am and ran face first into the 'invisible' glass bathroom door. I heard a very loud pop inside my nose and had a hard time getting it to stop gushing blood. Security was really nice and stayed with me for a while. My nose was bleeding and swelling, so, they called an ambulance and sent me to the ER to see if I broke my nose. Please fix the lighting in the bathrooms and tint the glass and put designs on both sides of the door so nobody else gets hurt. I did enjoy great service and was amazed at all the rock memorabilia and pictures.

I've stayed here a few times. The rooms are very nice, big and spacious. They are designed like some of the most expensive rooms on the Strip. I visited their spa after purchasing the day pass and it is pretty cool too. Most of the people are friendly here. I'd say it's worth a stay if you're coming to Vegas.

Hopefully now that Virgin has purchased the Hard Rock they will update the very dated look, smell and feel of the casino. I'm not sure what they're pumping into the air but as soon as you walk in you're hit with this sickly sweet smell. It doesn't seem like they're at full operational capacity as the only had a few tables open. Probably because the change of ownership is looming. I stayed there 3 times for conventions in the last 6 months primarily because of the discounted rates. Had rooms in all three towers. Do not book the Paradise Tower unless you're prepared to walk a half mile to your room every time. The Casino Tower is their original tower and hasn't really been updated in a while. If you have to stay here go with the HRH tower. They only had 1 pool open from Sunday until Friday. It definitely left a lot to be desired when you think of Vegas. Even so, the overall main casino area does still have a fun atmosphere.

Love this place but can only really talk about Pink Tacos and the Rehab pool party. Hard Rock's pool is the best! I love that even during a wild pool party you can enjoy from afar along the lazy river in the back. Also love that cabanas and daybeds are scattered about so you feel like you have some space. And pink this is pretty good post day party food though I didn't visit this trip.

Right when we got here the front desk lady had attitude I believe her name was Stephanie. Our groups reservations were all meet up and we were trying to get to the source of everything for about 30 minutes. They said they would call or text when our rooms were ready . That didn’t happen. After two hours of waiting I went to Check to see the status of the rooms and they were ready! The lady told me NO INFO WAS PUT IN THE SYSTEM TO LET US KNOW? I will not be coming here again at all!! OH YEAH THEY USE CHEAP ASS TOILET PAPER TOO !! For as much money as u spend here you should use quality products. You can’t even bring your own alcohol here to relax?? Sorry I do not recommend this place at all.

Our first time staying at Hard Rock Hotel. Although the main entrance is being renovated or removed, the hospitality was lovely. We arrived early so it was a touch and go about checking in way early. Our hostess took care of us and we got a nice upgraded suite. Even though the suite is great, the promised "view" left a little to be desired, as in daylight, the room looks over the back with construction and loading zone. At night it is Fab with the lit up strip visible. This was one of the reasons why I gave 4 stars, the other was the lack of coffee, tea. This is a suite! No coffee maker of the smallest????? Our stay however was overall great. Their pool and poolside is definitely there to put you in a holiday mood and the restaurants are a treat. Be prepared to Uber, taxi, or shuttle your way to the strip, as the hotel itself is located off it.

Used to be AMAZING for locals who play a lot. However, sinc e my host left, it's been terrible. I suppose it's because I don't play like I used to, but it's because there's no perks since she left. I have to wonder if others feel the same way. Having a great host made the Hard Rock a super fun and exciting place to be. It Was my home away from home. It's really to bad she left and another host didn't pick me up. I was close to multi-platinum, now I pretty much just go for free play . Completely ignored by staff now. Not great...

Overall, a very nice hotel but this is NOT a resort. You'll be nickel and dimed on every corner from a "resort" fee to overpriced drinks, Welcome to Las Vegas. The view from our upgraded suite was a beautiful overview of the pool and parts of the strip, which actually made it worse, we had this great view of the pool and there was a DJ playing, we tried to go down to the pool that and it was $75 for men and $50 for women, how's that for gender equality. Not to say you can't go to one of the many pools, but the main pool is reserved for the paid event which was not in any of the information provided when we booked the hotel. The upgrade was nice just to have the fridge in the room, in room bubble tub and a nice foyer area to host guests before heading out. Did I like the hotel, sure but I'm extremely displeased with hard rock and will never stay at one of their hotels or financially support them again.
