Room - very modern in terms of decor, bed was really comfortable and soft
Gym - the gym had a very wide range of equipment and very extensive for what they had
Wifi - they offer free and paid, however the paid is 950 peso or per day
Spa - took in the hilot massage here and must say I was quite happy with my therapist.
Casino - I didn't try the casino however it is available though on the 3rs floor
Notable mention - downstairs in there lounge area on the 1st floor on Sunday night they had a live piano session playing was very nice and the atmosphere was very nice
Inside the lobby quite a few times they had a really bad smell, however I'm not sure from where though.
Location - literally 5 minute walk to Robinson mall, plenty of 7-11 around the area.

Nice lounge bar with relaxing music. Food and drinks prices are on the up market side however this is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

I love this hotel! I have stayed here a number of times. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. And the restaurant is amazing! Might I add they have excellent service! I definitely would give this hotel five stars.

Amazing service and staff. We had our honeymoon derailed due to a tsunami in Indonesia and were stuck in Manila for 3 days but staying here made it all ok! We enjoyed the delicious food, fun lobby bar, beautiful pool, spa services and overall just wonderful staff.

Great hotel. Very nice room (I was put in a suite). Convenient location. Many good food options within and around the hotel. I would stay here again.

Our room has a great view of the Manila Bay sunset. The kids enjoyed the view as well as their night swimming. Very comfortable staycation. Looking forward for our next stay.

I considered this home. The food, the facilities, the room, the accessibility of malls and other agencies are close. Plus polite staff's who cared. I feel at ease staying here.

Most of our events are held here. The staffs make the difference. Very helpful crew and with the state of the art technology, we're always confident that our programs are always a success. As a host, venue matters a lot in setting the participant's/guest's mood. When in NewWorld Manila setting the mood is as easy as ABC.

Clean and cozy hotel. The club room in 10 floor is good. You can enjoy snacks for the whole day and finger food at 6pm to 8 pm.
For those who booking club room, you must go to the lounge on 10 floor. Amazing. The waitress are so nice there.
