I always enjoy myself when I Stay at princess hotel. I love how they upgraded the pool Area with the bar and the lovely backyard.

This place is awesome ! I didn't gambling but we took advantage of the family fun section . My son had a blast . Lots of fun games and food and snacks right there in the game room .

I have used the pool a lot. Free towels. The pool is cleaned regularly, but there is still sand in it cause you can't avoid that in Belize. The hotel lacks maintenance. Some of the staff is really good, but a lot of them have an attitude...

The casino is one of the most enjoyable places to sit relax and enjoy. Have some thing great to eat like these.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. My rating would be higher accept for the following. The area the hotel is located doesn't really offer much if you are on holiday and it's your first time to Belize. The hotel needs to be remodeled badly. I had my ac unit on as low as the temperature would go but it was consistently warm in the room. The furniture is date and had stains.

Rooms & bathroom should be updated & improved, but the overall stay is great. Pool, game room for adult & kids & resturant makes it almost perfect.
