LOVE this Hotel, clean, comfortable, and modern. The buffets are all you want and MORE! Really don't want to share this with all of you, because I love having this hotel as our secret retreat, from Edmonton. ONE OF THE BEST STAYS AVAILABLE!

Easy access to this hotel. Allows pets. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Nice clean rooms. The gym is good. Breakfast is delish and so is the restaurant food. Waitresses a bit weird at times but overall service is good. I enjoyed my stay and will use their services again.

Each Best Western is independently owned, so each hotel offers a unique experience.
The BW Camrose is an excellent example. It is attached to a casino, which is a drawing card for many people. We do not frequent casinos, so this was not our reason for choosing this hotel.
We enjoyed the location, which is a quiet location on the outskirts of town.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant and offers a free drink and 1/2 price appetizers. We were tired after a long day of touring and didn't want to search for a restaurant, so we ate at Eats. The food is good and the staff is very attentive.
From checking in to checking out everyone was very helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean and well furnished. We had a good breakfast in the morning in the Restaurant. Parking was video monitored. We enjoyed our brief stay.

A wonderful place. We love going to their shows so we buy the package ,evening buffet, show, room and breakfast .The staff is amazing so helpful & friendly, everything is clean and well maintained. Food is excellent. Shows are excellent as well. We have been to the hotel, lounge, restaurant every where is exceptional.Thank you

Fabulous place. Rooms were A+ - very clean, quiet + well equipped. Great breakfast was included. Restaurant meals were fantastic! Casino was small but fun! Attended a wedding in banquet room and everything was top notch.

Our room was definitely well planned out. Loved the fact that the room entrance area was spacious and had hard surface flooring. Also found the extra sink/microwave/counter area very handy for heating up left overs and rinsing out travel mugs, etc. Handy shelves and a large closet provided good out of the way storage for our stuff.

Overall good experience - we stayed on one of the busiest weekends for them. Service was great. We were able to have our dog with us with no issue. Breakfast was quite decent and the staff worked really hard to fit everyone in on time. Room was good, except for the hide a bed, which was brutal. Otherwise, a great stay.

Great place to go for wings on Wednesdays. Relatively inexpensive, good food. The main floor can be quite noisy with all the patrons, VLTs, and whatnot. If you're looking for something more quiet, they do have a social room that is isolated, which is great for conversations without having to talk over everything.
