Ate at the Mohave Grill restaurant located inside the inn. Reasonable prices and very very friendly service. Our waiter was funny, offered to help take pictures for our group, and even recommended a place for desserts once we made it clear we wouldn't be ordering from the restaurant. The food was great, and at a reasonable price. I had the prime rib (14oz), which was exceptional. If you're in the area on Fridays/Saturdays, then give this place a try for dinner!

Had a great night's sleep here! Room was quite and comfy. Overall the hotel is well kept and looks modern. With a great pub and restaurant and a spectacular buffet. Water park looked like fun for kids and was open late. Access to the casino from the front desk area is awesome aswell.

Nice room. Nice check in staff. Restaurant staff unorganized, unable to serve without owning actions. Not ready for large groups so very unsatisfactory service there. Pools amazing for kids and adults. Would recommend this place

This review is based on my casino experience. I have had the opportunity to visit the different casinos in the Calgary area and Deerfoot comes it at the top with "the Elbow" a close second.
The crew at Deerfoot can be described in one word - friendly! The pit-bosses look after the little things - making sure your beverages are fresh and answering any questions that you have. This is hard to find in the other casinos with the one exception mentioned above!
For great food, a lively crew, an excellent array of games and overall great experience, Deerfoot Casino is your place to spend the evening!

We stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi tub. Pros: The room was big and spacious. TVs were nice, mini fridge, room service was fast and tasty. Tub was great and in view of the TV. The Mojave grill was really great. Food was excellent and good prices! Casino was excellent as well. They were very accommodating of our checkin requests. Cons: Pool was closed; had no idea until we were booking in only because my wife noticed a small piece of paper on the side of the checkin counter. Half the reason we were here was to enjoy the pool and relax. A notice when booking that it was closed for a week would have been very much appreciated I would have scheduled next week. The bed was a disappointment. I have had better beds in hostels. Looking at the bed visually you can see it sag in the middle and laying on it could basically feel the springs and it dipping down.

Attended 80s night with Silly Wrabbit as the band. Was a great time! Band is great! They didn't take many breaks and they didn't break for very long. Played a lot of non stop music. We are already planning to attend the next 80s night in September.

This place is busy and they really know how to draw in a crowd. If you're going to gamble the more people playing it seems the better a person's chances of winning or breaking even. The Deerfoot is one of the busiest casinos because they advertise well and their innovative. People enjoy the 80's dance music parties, intimate band concerts and Friday $5000 dollar give aways. The staff are kind and accommodating. Lots of friendly smiles everywhere you look. We really like the people here, because they've been really good to us. Thank you!

Hotel is very nice and welcoming. Lots of parking, easy to get to. For guests attending professional events, a map with halls and names/locations of restaurants would be helpful.

Went to the casino to play some slots before heading to a movie. Huge parking lot however there must have been an event or two happening as it took several passes to find a spot. Casino is clean and modern with loads of machines plus tables and a poker room. Had a good time although luck wasn't on my side. Well staffed and easy to get a drink or cash in a win. Would return to play here again.

This place is good for a small family get away. The pool has two hot tubs, a large slide and a toddler slide and a shallow toddler area. The casino is large for an Alberta casino. The staff was great and upgraded our room free of charge. The room was nice and well kept.
