The casino is pretty nice. The buffet could use some major improvements like less grease, less salt and ironically in some cases more salt and seasoning, more solid food instead of a lot of slop like foods. The price was right but I would pay more for higher food quality. I REALLY wish they had a proper Hard Rock Restaurant and that the gift shop was better.

Not from town decided to hit up the casino. All the employees were amazing. Great smiles...The atmosphere was nice. Had a great positive fun experience. The service was on point.

What is going on with this place? We walked in at 7pm on our way home from the airport. I've visited here twice before and had a good time. Tonight (Thursday) they were giving away thousands of dollars, but half the tables were empty...?!?! Our plan was to spend some time with some friends, so the four of us went to the buffet/lounge (was pretty good!). We were greeted with "questionable attitude" and didn't understand why - until later...
A guitarist started playing, and was quite good too. BUT THEN, after he played for about 45 minutes....at about nine o'clock, the servers told us "the buffet was closing and we had to go"....I don't understand. How people can be so inconsiderate and rude? Who is told to leave a place when they are having a good time? This place is open 24/7 isn't it? We weren't warned of any closing time when we paid for the buffet and sat down. Confused, we just looked at each other. Every table around us was told the same thing, and most people left. That's probably why we were greeted with a questionable attitude. Employees were like cold fish. Felt awkward. We stayed anyway and listened until about 9:30 - but by that time, it was deserted. They kicked everyone out?!? So we strolled over to see the show band, and we would have stayed and spent more money, but after that experience, we decided to leave, as they looked like they were going to close too. We just couldn't get into it. This place has so much potential with cool stuff to see. Too bad.

This place was wonderful! The parking wasn’t too hard to deal with, the employees were creepy or pushy like some casinos can do and the game selection was great! We were there for about 3 hours, my husband enjoyed the alcoholic beverages and I enjoyed the food and great variety of non alcoholic beverages given that I was expecting at the time! We won pretty big and had an overall great experience at this casino!

I was amazed how many people are at this casino on a Wednesday night! There is a food court and lots of restaurants, but we only ate at Hard Rock Restaurant. The restaurant has happy hour from 4 till 7 with great prices on appetizers and drinks.
The place is beautiful and luxurious. I really felt like I was in Vegas, maybe even better. I had so much fun here in this Hard Rock Casino. There's often live bands playing and plenty of shops to check out. I can hardly wait to go back.
They do have smoking and non smoking sections, but even though I'm a non smoker, I still explored the smoking section, which wasn't that bad at all. They must have a very good filtration system. The place is top notch and high class. I like the babes (hot chicks) that are at the slot machines. They're everywhere.
Highly recommended that you visit this Casino. It's so much fun.

An excellent place to go to watch and listen to entertainment. Great waitresses and they all look after you!
I have enjoyed my outings at this location and go as often as I'm able to!

Very bad Casino. It’s a big money magnet. All the machines are deliberately set at low pay. All this is due to the strike of their staff. This casino is making up its loss from the patrons. Don’t go there.

Went to see the nearly Neil show. Thoroughly enjoyed!! Went gambling after and did very well. Will definitely go again. Was a bit hesitant about crossing picket lines but had tickets b4 the strike.

Not much going on inside, not any table games because the good dealers are on strike. No shrimp, just crappy gas station hot dogs. Grand Villa down the road is a better bet.

Came to Neptune for dinner before a concert and had an amazing meal! So glad I avoided the buffet line. The service was quick and the meal was delicious. Highly recommend
