There are many things at the CNE such as shows, exhibits, rides, small shops, and a large food area. Try not to go at lunchtime as there are so many people and not enough seating. There are many food vendors serving a variety of good foods. Parking was difficult and pricey, but they have several TTC streetcars and GO trains that stop right in front of exhibition place. They even have a shuttle around the venue.

Went to the EX just last year with a group of friends and it was a great time. There’s outdoor carnival-type activities where you can *try* to win something nice, some live entertainers, and some really cool and interesting art exhibits like sand and butter sculptures! The best part about the EX by far though is their unique food market where they have the strangest things that you won’t be able to find so easily outside of the EX! Things like donut burgers, pizzas in a cone, and some franchises even dish out some interesting limited-edition menu options just for the EX experience! I would highly recommend going there at least once!

Tho it always disappoints (aside from the food building), we try to go every year. Exhibits can be cool or tedious. Rides are carnival-like so don't expect much as an adult. Midway games are rigged like every carnival but still fun to play. Food building is amazing. Try everything. In fact, spend most of your time here. Shows are hard to fit in unless you spend a FULL DAY here which can be tough to do. Usually pretty good tho. Good excuse to get off your feet.

Best fair in the city! Its there for the last 2 weeks of summer. Food: There is a whole building dedicated to food. Anything you would ever want is in there. Bring a big appetite! food is expensive. Games: A ton of games for all ages! Games are anywhere from $1 to $5. Great prizes! Rides: An area just for rides. Buy tickets in a booth. Not too expensive. I recommend buying the all you can ride pass. Line up are very long. Dedicate a lot of time for this. Other: Spend whole day there. Bring lots of cash because not many places take debit or credit. Line ups for ATM's are very long. Great for kids and adults!
