Not polite to people visiting at all. Bartender was really rude that we didn't know french. Overall just a bunch of slots.

Very very poor variety of machines. Too expensive the machines. Coffee and soda are not free. They charge you for everything. Not so pleasant. Better go to another city's casino if you want to have some fun. Quebec City casino's is not an option. Terribly disappointed.

Clean, great look, lots of machines, we had a great time there.
And cherry on the top, there was a artist doing free caricatures all evening.
Really close to a lot of restaurants so easy to make a great evening out of it.
I would go there again !

Le pire RTP(retour aux joueurs) que j'ai vu sur des machines à sous. Je le sais que Loto-Québec à la base n'offrent pas de bons RTP. Mais comparativement au casinos de l'état ou j'estime le RTP à du 85-87% ceux du salon de jeux doivent frôlé les 80%. Placer votre argent en boule et allumez la en feu. Vous allez avoir plus de sensations qu'au salon de jeux de Québec.

It's OK but they really need to make it a casino , have a restaurant , put a stage have some entertainment , put some money in it for God sake . Don't you think you owe it to the population for ripping them off .

The place is clean. But the machines are old and outdated
