We stayed in a deluxe king room on the 9th floor. Room was clean, linens nice. Staff was friendly from check in to check out. There is a small non smoking slots area near the hotel lobby. We enjoyed our stay!

It's like Vegas, but smaller. The food at Millie's and Cafe Central were both excellent and varied options. The beds were comfortable and it felt like a clean place overall. I ended up on the slots so that's a good way to end a quick stay. Great value for the price.

This casino had a fun atmosphere and nice restaurants and bars. I loved the 24 hour cafe and bakery. Room service was good and not overpriced. The room was clean but a little old school, but the whole hotel was a little old school so it fit the theme. We had a good time!

The Eldorado is a very well oiled machine. We stayed during Street Vibrations and was a perfect location, right in the thick of it. I liked that you have to show man guarding elevator your room card before going up for safety. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you ask questions. There is a Starbucks in the resort which was perfect for wifey. I only wish they had separate entrance cards for if you WANT to pay extra for the amenities like the pool, workout room etc. as we don't use them and could have used that money on something else. All in all we had a great time and will most definitely be back.

Very clean and more upscale than a couple of smaller casinos In this area. The have security and it feels safe being here. Card tables had seats open and the dealers were very nice. One lady kept us entertained for about an hour. They have a ton of slots with high payouts too. Play you're money right and you could walk out a winner.

This large Reno hotel casino would get 5 stars if I didn’t feel like I paid through my arse to extend my stay for two nights. But other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for. It seems to have the best reputation as far as the Row hotels go (or any other downtown Reno hotel for that matter). The rooms are pretty new. And some are super, with hot tub (which I didn’t get, even though I mentioned that I just got married 3 days ago..hmmph). Lots of gambling, eating drinking options. Free shuttle (give a tip!) to the airport was wonderful. And the bell-dude who helped us weigh our luggage was super helpful. This hotel is also connected to the other “Row” casino/hotels circus circus, and silver legacy.

Stayed at the nearby circus circus hotel but came here for the buffet at Eldorado. The food was spectacular, especially from the carving station. Also great gelato selection for dessert. The waiting staff was very proactive about drink refills. I also liked that the buffet selection was different each day so we got good variety throughout the week.

Compared to other resorts on the strip of downtown Reno, Eldorado is pretty nice. The rooms are small but inviting. The service is friendly and attentive. The Casino is comparable to the other Casinos. It is easy to get a bit lost there though but you get the hang of it after one day. The pool is nothing special. It's small and dirty. The hot tub was not hot which was disappointing, but the hotel staff was fast to fix it. I stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms and it does look a bit nicer than the other rooms. It's the same size and layout but the rooms have new and modern furniture. Overall it was a good experience.

We went downtown to attend the chicken wing Festival, and we had a great time. The only thing I didn't like is that they shut everything down by 9 p.m. I don't really think that's fair for people who are coming here out of town. This is a 24-hour town. But the chicken wings are awesome and the music is good also

The Eldorado is one of the better Casinos in in the area and is connected to Circus Circus. It's nice to cruise around to multiple casinos while avoiding the Nevada heat. Friendly staff and great prices on drinks and food. We won about a hundred dollars here on slots and games and got multiple free drinks while gambling.
