I love it. The pool, the room, but most of all the staff. The lady that greets you in the restaurant is my favorite. Be wary of bees in the pool area.

I liked it but in the rooms the reflection of the pool light bugged me a little bc i love to sleep in a really dark room ... but although everything else was great!^^

One of the best hotels I ever stay and I been around the world! The rooms service its amazing and the staff 😵 so friendly!! So much to list that I wont be able to fit in here! Recommended for everybody even a low budget because its afforable

Is not clean, room has roaches. The Pool views really nice but is not worth it.

We came here and we had a issue with our room and Ray helped us out right away with our issue and also Angel further assisted us with our issue. This place is Great we still have a few days left but so far All is Well.

Great place to listen to music, dance if you like, eat and try yourself on the casino area...friendly environment

Not sure if there really is a bad view from this hotel! It sits on top of a mountain and gives great views of the city and sea that surround it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are needing a minor bit of TLC, but overall a great place to hang your hat for a few days.

Worst holiday inn experience.. everything in this place is dirty, except the front lobby, the rooms smell moldy and you can see the mold in the carpet.. unfortunately I'm sure this is part of damages due to the hurricane however being such a huge chain of hotels, it shouldn't be allowing customers in rooms in these conditions.

Casino is ok but the hostess at the desk are the worst, no communication. Isn't enough that your expending your money but they get upset if ask any question or make you WORK it for an answer, WHY WHY? I heard it before but never need to ask anything. Now I'm very frustrated, hmmmm we when there to relax and people like that shouldn't work in front desk. PLEASE PLEASE retrain!
