This is one of the choicest entertainment destination for most of Melbourne population. A good weekend getaway if you are into a bit of gambling. Spacious halls, good amenities, a decent spread of games, great variety of food places make Crown a good choice for decent weekend. Downside is the pricing - tad bit expensive and difficult to find parking. The staff is courteous. A must check out if you are visiting.

Amazing decor. Heaps of cool elements inside and outside of their plaza. A large variety of games on the casino floor and a bunch of restaurants you can dine at. Drinks are insanely expensive here but I guess you don't go there for drinking. Good place to have a nice meal before gambling a bit then going for a walk outside along Southbank.

Lovely, spacious rooms and amenities. Service is always friendly, and breakfast items fairly typical for major hotels. Internet speed for guests is average. Not possible to use your own media device with in room TV as it is locked down. Clock radio at bedside features USB charger ports for phone etc.

This is not the biggest Casino in the world but it something you would love in Melbourne. If you are fan of Soccer, Footy or any other sports then go and enjoy watching your favourite sports with the crowd that is always present at all times.
If you like to gambling then head with friends or alone. You win or lose well thats on you luck.😜
Good experience overall, lots of options for food around the area, experienced and friendly staff.

We just checked out of Crown Promenade after two nights mid week. Great amenities and very family friendly. Buffet breakfast wasn't included for our son as part of our package, but it just cost $15 each morning. New chocolate fountain is a great addition. The swimming pool is great, but the spa didn't feel that hot. Mix of reactions to my son's flips - most of the staff turned a blind eye, but one staff member said no go. Our room was great - our staff member at check-in (Rass (?) (from China? )) upgraded us to a nicer room (higher up?). She gave us drink vouchers as we had to wait a little bit before we could check in.

I once had a very important date here almost ten years ago now. I’m glad I made the choice to to meet him because he became my husband. I couldn’t have asked for a better date than I had that night. To this very day he still hasn’t left me alone for not even one day.
Not since we met that day we’ve always been together.
Everyday I’m glad that I went on that first date here I can even remember the guy with the roses following us that day everywhere we went he found us.
That makes for a very very happy memory for me. Because that’s something I will always remember in my life.

Crown Melbourne is so much better than Crown Perth in so many aspects. A greater variety of games and well priced tables. Staff are a lot more helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is electric no matter what time of the day or night. Food greater variety and better prices. To be honest there is not a better conceived casino in Australia and the best part about it is that you feel safe there.

Lots of parking at pretty good prices. Great selection of restaurants. Had dinner and went to the movies there. It was easy to find my way around. Staff were very helpful

We loved our recent stay at crown. All of the staff in the Crystal Club were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in an executive suite and found it well serviced and comfortable. The location is great and there is so much to enjoy on your doorstep.

A world of entertainment is not just their tag line it's actually what they have and deliver. Very good selection of food options from fine dining to a food court. Very nice atmosphere although can be very busy at times. Plenty of table games as well as pokies. Variety of beers on tap and also very reasonably priced. The hotels are very lovely as well. Clean and spacious. Have stayed here a number of times.
