This was a lovely place to stay. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast delicious. Also, the price was quite reasonable. It was close to everything I needed. I will stay here again.

The reception and restaurant staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and the furnishings met our needs. The price of the room was reasonable. The hotel is located next door to a shopping center for easy access to a bank, restaurants, and grocery store in case you need supplies (but you do not hear the traffic or general mall noise, even though our window faced that direction). It is one of the closest hotels to the airport, and the front desk will happily reserve a taxi for you upon request.

A great value and it has the potential to be a great hotel as the exterior of the hotel, the grounds and the pool are lovely, but the rooms need work! Not the cleanest, bad overhead lighting, not the most comfortable beds, small unattractive bathroom, and no easy access to electrical outlets to charge electronics. The staff was lovely, and they have good towels for both pool and room. 10 minutes down the same road as the airport, and you can walk to a supermarket and some restaurants, so good location. Decent breakfast good coffee in a nice outdoor area. So, really, I can neither recommend nor not recommend this hotel. For the one night, it was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, BUT we really didn't like being in the room!

Staff was attentive. The food was excellent. Our room was large enough for two queen beds. The only problem was no hot water.

So overall this is a great hotel. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. They are in the middle of renovations, the newly renovated rooms are great, the not renovated rooms are... dated.
The location is great, there is a nearby plaza with a bank, grocery store, clothing stores, and other little shops. Walmart is just down the road as well.
One thing you need to know, there is a club nearby, and we were woken up at 1am every morning to music so loud we could feel it. This went on until 3am or later, which is a bit frustrating to say the least.
The breakfast was great, a mix of traditional Costa Rican food with some cereal, toast, and fruit.
The grounds are beautiful! My children loved hunting for lizards (they're everywhere), watching the birds, and were especially excited to see a family of howler monkeys playing in the trees one morning!! The staff works hard to keep the grounds looking good and it's evident.
The pool is area is a lot of fun, they aren't heated but when it's 36° outside that just didn't matter!
The hotel itself is great, we would return for sure if it wasn't for the nearby club. Being kept up in the middle of the night just isn't fun.

Es un lugar muy amplio, las habitaciones muy cómodas, con A/C y un abanico en el techo, los servicios higiénicos muy limpios. Cuenta tan también con agua caliente, servicio de lavandería ( un poco caro ). También el desayuno está incluido en el pago. Existe una área de comedor amplia siendo el desayuno es gallo pinto, huevos revueltos, frutas de la temporada, jugos naturales, tostadas. Cuentan con dos piscinas una para adultos y otra para niños el ambiente es relajado. Poseen una cancha de tenis y una de voleyball. El área de parque no es tan grande. Lo recomiendo si lo que se busca en un momento para eliminar el estress. También se puede realizar ejercicios en su área de gym.
