Beautiful location. Day to day staff e.g. cleaners and bar staff etc were lovely. The actual staff and management relating to customer service were unbelievably poor. Food was good. Drinks were genuine unlike most all inclusive. Although it states all ultra all in inclusive when you book - it's not! Anything they can charge you for they will and they basically have a monopoly given you are in the middle of nowhere. Having said that the kids will absolutely love it given they are oblivious to all!

Fantastic holiday where my son got married .. rooms were large and the holiday village close to pool, restaurant etc ... we had our children with us .. aged between 4 and 8 and the entertainment team were excellent with them .. one guy in particular remembered their names and paid a great deal of attention to all of them.
Food was pretty good with a massive selection. Nothing bad to say atall..

It is very nice and the water is shallow for a while so awesome for kids. So clear and lovely
The food:
I though it was the same every night but it still was ok. I wanted a bit more spicy food, that is just me
The drinks:
They had good brands like southern comfort, JD, absolute vodka.
I would recommend this place ,good service and nice place to relax. Has some kids events as well. We just came and it was very quiet with was excellent for us.

This hotel strives for all round perfection and from the moment you arrive you are made to feel very welcome. A sea front located, with a combination of features making it fit both for a family vacation and high level business events. Simply wonderful In everyway. The Staff are what make this Hotel they cannot do enough for you. A first class hotel in terms of accommodation, service, food and amenities.

Archeological architecture world wonders Temple of Artemis... Astonishing and speechless... Very well kitchen with all inclusive plus concept... Sandy beach, 2 big (really big) outdoor swimming pool 1 indoor swimming pool... Undergrounf enough big Casino... For rooms no need any word but if u wanna hear something. Very rich Artemisian style. .. Jacuzzi on bath... This hotel is gorgeous!

Very much like Las Vegas. It would be hiving in the summer in March it was perfect your every need catered for. A self contained village . Food galore , on the coast, pleasant staff.

This hotel’s service is very poor. Reception staff in particular are very unpleasant. You ask them a question and they tell you something else. Very unhelpful!
- if you speak English and not the local language, you will find it a nightmare to get information at this place. Hardly no one speaks a English.
- on the day of arrival, we were told there are no information leaflet in English and they would provide us the next day...we went the next day and they told us they don’t have any and can’t tell when they could give us!!! (Come on....can’t they print one from a bloody printer!)
- Room AC doesn’t work. We call the reception to inform and they tell us it’s a central system and they can’t do anything!!!!! Ac is blowing hot air!! Seriously!!
- No entertainment (disco, animations) for kids apart from the kids club. We were told last 2 days about kids disco and animation taking place in the evening but both days there was nothing! it was disappointing for the kids when we were told it’s cancelled (twice) after asking at the reception. No staff at the hotel can explain why.
- I must mention the girl at the kids club is very friendly and that’s about the only positive thing I can think of right now!
- we are on an All inclusive package but there are silly extras which we have to pay. I.e ice cream not included in the pool bar!!! ( I have been to many Allinclusive hotels and resorts where the all inclusive package was far better than what this hotel has to offer)
- there are hardly no evening entertainment for the Adults either....it has been disappointing so far.....

5 star good quality for money hotel. Beautiful beach and beach walk. A bit far from a main town but there is a village nearby and vast beautiful countryside on the way there.
