We arrived at the hotel and were asked to give 100 Euros to deposit. The reception gave us a room in the village, after we settled down and realized that whenever we wanted to go to a dining room or anywhere else in the hotel we had to walk about 10 minutes! We asked for a room inside the hotel and not in the village from the reception, and they told us (in broken English, and firmness) that it was not possible and we had to talk to the company that closed us the deal even though we were willing to pay more. We turned to the company that closed the deal for us,And of course they said they had to close such a thing in front of the hotel which was completely opaque.
One of the things we chose to go to this hotel is the casino, when we got to it we were told that the entrance is from age 25 + !!!!!! That in the whole world the maximum entrance is 21.
In our room the air conditioner did not work when outside 37 degrees, after we asked the receptionist to arrange it he acted on a low intensity (this hotel does not take guests seriously). The food in the hotel was bad .
We were there for a week and we suffered from every minute, in short do not go to this hotel.
Excellent Hotel!
Stayed in a family room in the holiday village section and there was enough space for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). The room had UK and EU electric plugins, plus kettle and fridge (which was daily re-stocked with free water and Pepsi).
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
The food was amazing, we always eat in the main restaurant and there was always different fish, chicken, lamb, beef dishes.
The only bad points, is that the hotel is 2 hours from the airport and there isn't anything close by to walk to (e.g. local market/shops etc).
If you want a beach holiday with great food then I would recommend this hotel.
Its a great place ! the park for children is awesome ! food is fine. the only tiring thing is lots of walking to the sea and restaurant area. its kind of helps to loose all what you have ate at lunch.❤❤❤
