The stars I have given are for the beautiful bedroom and facilities including location. However, apart from the private pool bar and the themed restaurants where the service is friendly and they are very attentive, the service from the main restaurants is very poor. We were always offered water with our meal however on numerous occasions we were ignored by the waiter offering and bringing the other drinks, even to the extent of him going round the other tables around us and completely ignoring us. When this has happened before we have had to call him over, which, by the look on his face, was not well received!!! However last night I just couldn’t be bothered to beg for drinks anymore and we just ate quickly and went to the bar where we ordered enough drinks to last us until the bar shut as the service is so slow, albeit with a smile (usually). I hope that the hotel really read these reviews as the previous replies to them appear to be completely generic rather than individually written

Just about to leave the hotel and I can’t wait. Nothing about this hotel exceeds or even meets expectations. The staff are rude and the younger guys just stare at women all day and call them “sexy” or “baby”; there’s very few staff here who are good. It takes forever to get served at the bars unless you speak Spanish and shout across to them. The food is awful and it’s almost impossible to book into one of the restaurants but when you do they’re always empty. The internet is shockingly slow and if you want to upgrade your connection it’s $60 for 1 week! The sun loungers by the pool are always covered in bird poo and the sea is dirty and mucky, definitely not like the pictures. The entertainment at nights is horrendous apart from when they outsourced it for a Michael Jackson night and a circus night. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you’re confined to the grounds and got not chance of leaving apart from on a excursion.
I’ve been here two weeks and I honestly can’t wait to leave.

Absolutely amazing all-inclusive resort! There is two sides to this response one is for families with kids and the other is the adults only. They were so kind as too change our suite to the adults only side. They are there with welcome drinks and when you go into your room there is a bottle of champagne waiting for you🤗. This resort has several different restaurants and buffet and and snack bar. Two adult pools, one with a swim up bar and the beach where there are water sports for you to do. Bar with liquor all over the resort. Great service, staff is always willing to help and wait on you hand and foot. Chocolate and King Kong were amazing at getting the party started at the pool everyday. If you don't feel like walking....no problem. They have drivers on carts that will take you anywhere on the resort (Alexis was our driver the entire time). This is the best resort location is you don't wanna be around a younger crowd. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful week. Staff was friendly. Resort very nice. Beachfront activities fun. Dining options were adequate but not exceptional. The room was dated but adequate. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel. Great Service. How can you not enjoy this hotel, Its perfection. The beach is so close. The food is lovely and the choice is phenomenal. Such a friendly welcome at the front desk. And the stars at this hotel are Yenny and Alexandra. They have made this holiday for us. Such friendly people and a pleasure to talk to. We can't wait to come back!

Very beautiful, very clean, professional and beautiful spirited staff. Great food and drinks and incredible service. Would highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful adults only place to relax. Activities were also pretty fun. Incredible entertainmemt staff.

This resort was spectacular, we came for our honeymoon and love every minute of our stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room la were very clean and homey. Over all this resort was amazing and I would definitely come back here again. Amado was very helpful through this processes.

We just stayed at this Hotel. Everything was so great and better than we expected. Thanks a lot for Ms. Laura and Shantal from Mini kids club: they made our vacation easier. Thanks a lot for Manager of the Main Restaurant Mateo: he provided great service for us. We liked this hotel more than Grand Bahia in Jamaica. Only one concern that there were a lot of candies and chewing gums everywhere and they gave it for small kids without asking parents.

Had a good weekend. The hotel, rooms, and pool are great. The wifi no so great, good luck connecting. The guess services people need better training. One of the people we saw to make a reservation for dinner refused to look at other restaurants and just gave us an early dinner for no reason. Also tried calling them someone picked up and hung up. Overall is a good place and you get a lot of bang for your money.

Beautiful resort all inclusive. Food is fantastic, unlimited drinks. Michael Jackson show is wonderful. Service is spectacular. Pool bar is great. Animation team, Including Juan and Alexandra are fantastic.
