place need upgrade ,room need a better clean ing ,found hair in bathtub,water cup was not clean .Mini bar is very weak , barely make things cold.Food is good but the worst is the new place that open next door that is vey noisy and hard to sleep at night .
They should keep the 5* for this hotel !

Horrible customer service. I booked through Expedia but the front desk guy denied my reservation and was yelling at me and offered me a very ugly smelly room with torn carpet and ac not working which I refused taking it and went to another hotel near by. Don’t destroy your vacation .

Old and dirty there were insects all over the room in the carpet abd in rhe bathroom too. Bad food bad service I wonder how does these 5 stars still hang above the building. I give it two stars only because of both the indoor and the outdoor pool. The pool indoor has a jacuzzi and the pool outdoor is wide and beautiful and a part of it is filled with sea water but it is shared with another 4 stars hotel which is AL mouradi menzeh

The hotel is old and in need of repair. The carpet in the hallways is torn and in need of replacement. The front desk staff lacks professionalism. The hotel 5 star rating is undeserved, it doesn't even deserve 2 stars by international standards. I wouldn't recommend this hotel before major remodeling.
