Again while visiting surprise I helped a friend by a computer at this Best Buy. The sore conditions were better than most. And the service was very good as well. Maybe the fact that was 2000 miles from my home made it seem that much better. But it was a good trip.

Peter at the Best Buy in Surprise, AZ is the best customer service person ever! Always had a non-BS, intelligent answer to any questions. Really inspiring. Best Buy should recognize and reward. I purchased $1300 in products, and most likely would have not if it wasn't for his help understanding all of the new technology. Good job!

The staff are not well trained. If you're a woman, they ignore you. Their prices are not very good. Their service is TERRIBLE. I wouldn't refer me worst enemies to Geek Squad. In case you can't guess, I'm not a fan of Best Buy. Shrug. They do perform a service. If you need some electronics RIGHT NOW, they probably have it. It won't be at a very good price and if you need help buying it ... Or support after .... God help you. I'm not a fan.

I give it a 5 star rating not because they're Amazing, but simply because of all of the times I've been in there (20+) I've never once had an issue. My husband and I are pretty tech saavy so we usually go in knowing what we want in advance and don't require assistance from employees. But I've never walked in and not had an employee greet me at the door on the way in and out, and never not had an employee (or 2) come up to us and ask if they can be of assistance. Plus our 18 month old loves running the aisles near the tv's and occasionally stopping to check out the huge vibrant screens. Makes for a nice nap on the way home.

Eddie was good, went in to have some car speakers installed because I had originally gone in to get home audio speakers, loved it forget who helped me but he was great. But see I got Eddie after I got Tom that day for the car speakers set up. Tom literally unscrewed some end cap thing on his desk instead of setting me up with an appointment to get my truck looked at. Went to audio express and cancelled my appointment. Well missed it because I forgot about it. Didn't like Tom's attitude much though. It was very, and I'll try to quote him verbatim "I don't know anything about this, if you want a phone I can help you. They just sent me over here". Something like that. It's customer service Tom. If you don't like it go be a welder where you don't have to deal with people like me. I pay for service, not the product.

Wanted to buy a router and a modem. Employees were walking around the store and when we asked them for help it seemed an inconvenience to them. One guy even huffed because he had to point in the direction I should go. I asked someone at the counter for help. They said they would send someone right over. People kept walking past us and never helped at all. 10 minutes later we just left.
