Joister providing good service with reasonable price .... also their app is also good it's easy to renew plans with good discounts with it.....speed is good ....u can easily upload n download your stuff without interruption ....

After researching number of broadband providers and reading various reviews i took the decision of taking joister broadband ... So easy to setup and whenever i faced any issue their customer support team resolved issue as quickly as possible.. Would highly recommended.

The worst internet provider in nashik city! Regretting why i choose u and gave u the money! Its been 17 days filling the form and 10 days giving the cheque but still not got the connection! The salesperson gives managers number...The manager gives cable operators number... Salesperson does not respond to text or calls just says cal my manager! I mean such a bad service.. totally disappointed by the service..i reccomend everyone not to go for joister instead go for anyone else...A bit of money need to be paid extra but atleast u ll get good service in return!

Using joister services since 2 years...Plan prices are quite competitive. Haven’t faced any serious down time or service related issues Well in my opinion connections through a local operator are generally unreliable... but speed and connectivity is best....

Joister is the best internet provider I'm happy with the services... if any down tym come they inform u .... renewal team is the best they are giving call for reminder and they offers good plan also for next renewal. Speed is also best....

Absolutely pathetic service. When the net is not working, you have to hold for 15-20 mins to just get through an agent to tell him your connection is not working. If you call the local office in the area, even they don't bother to assist.
They take 3 days to reply and then write that "as they check the system, you seem to be connected to the net"
All sort of excuses given.
Better to use mobile data.

I AM USING THE JOISTER CONNET INTERNET FOR A YEAR NOW IT GOOD FOR HOME PURPOSE THE PRICE YOU PAY 2000 TO 5000 RS ITS GREAT UNLIMTED DATA NET AT SPEED OF 2 TO 10 MBPS IF YOU ARE OFFICE USER DO NOT OR BUY LOOK ON THIS JOISTER CONNECT PROVIDER FOR OFFICE WORK ITS PATHETIC IF YOU INTERNET SERVICE YOU HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND WAIT FOR ATLEAST 30 MINS TO ANSWER YOUR CALL WHEN ITA WORKING IT WORKS GREAT WHEN ITS DOWN IS WORST INTERNET PROVIDER IN WORLD FOR HOME PURPOSE ITS GOOD AND NOT GOOD FOR INTERNET USER WHO DO THERE WORK ON INTERNET IS NOT MADE FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE WORST ISP PROVIDER IN WORLD
