Awesome Cruise
Zee-Jay was an awesome cruise director. The food was excellent. My room steward Lewiz was a hard worker and did a great job taking care of my room. Ports of call were good. Shoots out to the following casino workers for their hard work and above and beyond vibe they bring to the tables: Ajit, Nelson, Gjorgie, Nathlie, Hubert, Edwin, and Sid. Chinyta for her quality customer service at the desk in being helpful to clear up a charge on my bill. My only negative would be the casino host. I felt Antonio could have been more interactive with his players in the casino instead of always sitting at the desk. Didn't show motivation or appreciation for the players that many of us noticed at the tables. Also give a huge shoot out to Bonnie at URComped for her assistance with my booking in going above and beyond. The room and comps were amazing. Thank you. Can't wait to book again.

Do not recommend this ship at all!
I booked this cruise with my 23 year old son and so booked a room with 2 beds. The room we were assigned only had a queen bed. Guest services said no other rooms were available at the moment and I would have to wait until we sailed away to see if any other rooms were available. I requested to get off the ship as this was not going to work for us. Miraculously a room became available with 2 beds. The room was a few doors down from a couple who got arrested and escorted off the ship. Walking around the top decks to get some nice views only to constantly smell weed smoke. Food was okay. Buffet lines included guests with their PJs on with butt cheeks hanging out. Numerous services charges on the guest invoice, every purchase included gratuities along with a $22 a day per guest gratuity added to the invoice, fuel charges of $15 a day per guest added to the room charges as well, asked for them to be removed and they would not remove them. My "comp" room for a 3 day cruise ended up costing me $466 plus my $150 deposit which I was supposed to get back but did not. The casino was small but it was fun and the host/dealers were great. You cannot charge your room in the casino, it is cash only, keep this in mind when you go. The excursion we booked was the Margaritaville resort in Nassau, it was nice but not worth the price we paid, lunch was only hot dog or hamburger with fries, not something I like eating. I did meet lots of nice people and had fun in the casino but overall experience was not what I expect from a cruise vacation.
