I booked this cruise with my 23 year old son and so booked a room with 2 beds. The room we were assigned only had a queen bed. Guest services said no other rooms were available at the moment and I would have to wait until we sailed away to see if any other rooms were available. I requested to get off the ship as this was not going to work for us. Miraculously a room became available with 2 beds. The room was a few doors down from a couple who got arrested and escorted off the ship. Walking around the top decks to get some nice views only to constantly smell weed smoke. Food was okay. Buffet lines included guests with their PJs on with butt cheeks hanging out. Numerous services charges on the guest invoice, every purchase included gratuities along with a $22 a day per guest gratuity added to the invoice, fuel charges of $15 a day per guest added to the room charges as well, asked for them to be removed and they would not remove them. My "comp" room for a 3 day cruise ended up costing me $466 plus my $150 deposit which I was supposed to get back but did not.
The casino was small but it was fun and the host/dealers were great. You cannot charge your room in the casino, it is cash only, keep this in mind when you go. The excursion we booked was the Margaritaville resort in Nassau, it was nice but not worth the price we paid, lunch was only hot dog or hamburger with fries, not something I like eating.
I did meet lots of nice people and had fun in the casino but overall experience was not what I expect from a cruise vacation.

YAY!! Thank you for sharing your experience! 💙 It sounds like Buffalo and Triple Double Stars kept the excitement going! Thanks for choosing URComped, and we hope your next adventure is just as memorable. 🎰🚢
UR Comped hosts - Geri and Angela were awesome. Loved them
Crew - amazing, Room steward - Udin. Dining room servers - Melody and Amelana/Cruise director Dave/Bingo host - Luis/Casino host - Antonio
Passengers - amazing
JWB steakhouse - our filets were so crusted and dried out. They were more like roast beef than filet. would not recommend
Islander brunch - not really a brunch. This was some breakfast options and some lunch options. would not recommend
Suite menu - again it was underwhelming. Would not recommend
I am in a wheelchair and currently not able to walk at all. I had several severe issues with ADA. Most of the bathrooms were inaccessible to me due to the following: the lip to enter was 2- 3 inches high and my chair cant navigate these. On deck 10, there isnt even a handicap bathroom on that level and the one on level 9 was closed for maintenance. i had to go down to 3 or 4 to find one. Also, some of the bathrooms open up into a wall as you walk in and then you have to make a sharp turn to get into the area with the bathroom stalls. Several of the handicap stalls, are too small to navigate with my wheel chair and didnt even have bars. My ADA cabin was nice with the roll in shower, but to exit the bathroom i had to go out backwards as the lip was to high for my chair.
Why cant you have a printed menu for the buffet posted? I couldnt reach the serving spoons and there wasnt a staff person to help some of the time. Most of the time there was someone.
no excursions that would accommodate someone in a wheel chair that could not walk.
We will not cruise on this ship until I can walk or it is redone. We hope the Beachcomber has better ADA options
