Long queue but the food is average and service varies from average to bad. The waiter assigned to our group simply take orders quickly and assumed everyone knows what they are ordering and did not offer any suggestions. The waiter on the other side interacted more with customers and offer menu suggestions.
It is also frustrating to see other customers coming in via the exit door and seat themselves at the bar skipping the queue :(

The Service: Our server is super sweet. Very attentive and friendly. Checked on us a few times. We sat at the bar and saw all the staffs are working hard and very efficiently.
It is a very busy location because it is located at Hollywood & Highland Center on the 2nd floor.
The Food:
Vanilla Milkshake - LOVE LOVE LOVE, real ice-cream and milk. Besides the milkshake glass they serve, they also give you any leftover. So it is about 1.5 glasses of milkshake!
Original Burger - Love it when they toast the buns on the grill. Good size of the beef patty. Fresh meat, not frozen.

Food and service was great but unfortunately I have to rate 3 stars due to a lady taking photos, it was not clear we have to pay for them, so is unconfortable to be "obligated" to pay for pictures when you justo went there to enjoy food

Always served with a smile willing to go the extra mile and always willing to help. Great food and shakes and soft drinks!

Good fast food on a higher price niveau. Absolute authentic for a short journey in the 60‘s. Friendly staff. We will be back as soon.

It was 9$ for a pretty small hamburger and that didn't even come with fries. If I'm going to pay 9 bucks for a burger it had better be a really nice burger or at least come with a side. Instead I got a burger that basically tasted like it was from McDonalds. However, our waiter was really nice. He was super apologetic we had to wait. Otherwise, I probably won't go back to a Johnny Rockets, which sucks because it has the same name as me :(
