Tried this place today at the Hard Rock Tampa. Service just to get a table was SEVERELY lacking. One person up front, with another just standing there. I don't know why, if this is their seating policy, or what, but they were only checking in one party at a time and then WAITING, until the party was seated to check in the next guests. Not a good showing at all for a first timer and unfortunately it's very doubtful that we will even try again.

Yesterday I had the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve had in a while. My wife had a steak and she wanted to order a second one. Food was delicious

I ordered a chicken pot pie which normally comes out piping hot but this time it was extremely cold. I tried to suck it up and down it anyways but couldn't. I tried to call numerous times (at least 6 times the operator transferred me ) but no answer. When I returned the pie I was confronted by Jeff the manager which thought it would be a good idea to throw it the microwave. His attitude and demeanor we're unprofessional and to be honest unexceptable. After the second time it came back still cold he microwaved it once more. I was starving so I went ahead and ate the rest but was perplexed at the whole ordeal. The Rise was more like a fall this time but hopefully this is an out of the ordinary situation for Mr Jeff. The two lady's that worked the register were very pleasant and kind so can't say the entire experience was a disaster.

Always great service and tasty food. Awesome baked goods! Moderately priced. Friendly staff. Rarely a wait to be seated. They accept Players Club comp dollars too! Located inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel $ Casino. (Near hotel lobby elevators.)
