Me and my wife have spent over 30 day's at the Blue Chip Casino Hotel from 2012 to 2014 as it was a get away from everything we loved the rooms and the food and drinks to spending time in the casino room it was one of are great get aways places. We decided to go to the William B's Steakhouse and we loved it the food was so great and all the staff were extremely friendly.

Be a little more careful with the new people,very one will be better.
But your chef's new thermometers rather calibration machine, they may not wear out: but remember to check and get better for you, us & them!
Great food and Great Chef's need a challenge as well as praise.
Think- Antony Bourdain? Why?
Just a thought how stressful it can become. From an ant o an elephant!
No personnel offence, but what's good becomes better with every small effort & a little more money for you & them without too much more to us? Nirvana!
Change nothing and you're still good n better than most, the best is a short distance away! 😊

My hubby and I ate at William B's Steakhouse on Monday April 23rd 2018. The filet mignon was out of this world .Hubby had lobster and said it was great .Also had cream of asparagus soup and au gratin potatoes .Both were fabulous. And a special shout out to our server SALLY .She was the best!!!!! Hope next time we go we can have her as our server . Highly recommend this place .

I ordered my filet mignon very well done. It was prepared perfectly. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.

Went here for our 2nd anniversary and our waitress Sally insulted my husband asking why he would take me to a poorly lit restaurant for our anniversary - like she didn't believe us? Therefore, she didn't do anything special for us. Which was very disappointing. Food was triple the price it tasted.
Would not recommend.

I wanted some sort of chicken option and there was none on the menu. I also think this place is overpriced. If we were not comped by our host, I would think the prices here are outrageous.
