We stayed in the Lodge across from the casino, and it was a decent experience. Quiet hotel, but the front desk isn't staffed are all. All help has to be done by calling the front desk of the Casino hotel. And forget someone delivering amenities to your room - the casino front desk will make you go to their lobby to get a pillow or more sheets. That's not getting your money's worth. Otherwise, hotel was modern and spacious rooms. Quiet surroundings. Would recommend.

Some of our group's rooms were not ready for check in at 4:30 in the afternoon. No one was able to get 2 room keys that worked. It took 3 to 5 tries to get even one. Our TV was so dark it was impossible to watch. We had no glasses for use in the bathroom. We had to use our coffee cups. The front desk at The Lodge is not manned before 10 AM or after 7:30 PM. So if you need help you have to go over to the casino. The "fast food" restaurant at the casino was overwhelmed and annoyed. Overall impression - mediocre facility

Nice casino with quite a few table games. The place has a load of slots and table games. Only 1 roulette table but it wasn't super packed and we went around midnight on a Saturday night. Table games had a $5.00 minimum bet which is reasonable and let's everyone play a little instead of just the high rollers. We enjoyed the live music and the food all looked good but we didn't eat. Drinks were reasonably priced but not free.

Food was good. They quit doing Prime Rib and lobster during the week. Was fairly disappointed to pay the same price without the good stuff. Although I wasn't paying, you could see his disappointment. He had really bragged about this place, before he took me.

Cleanest RV park we've been to. Entertainment at the casino was fun. Walking a few blocks to the town was well worth. Most everything was picked up and clean. A couple of purple haired 15 year olds walked by and said hello. I was shocked.

There were 7 in our group attending the Friday night seafood buffet which was horrible. Pasta with dried chicken and too much cream with cheese sauce. First piece of Prime rib was good the second was cold and greasy. Pork chops setting in a bowl of grease. Under cooked shrimp, oysters not big enough to know they were oysters. At times a 20 minute wait for crab legs. Poor selection of deserts, too many out, ice cream machine running on empty or slow. Good thing we had comps for 4 of the 7 but $100 for the other 3, ridiculous. I've had better meals at Golden Corral for a lot less money. Will not be returning for a while, second visit in two weeks, last weekend not much better.

Reminiscent of an old river boat, the casino is beautiful. You can get outside, on the top deck, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Ohio River and the surrounding countryside. The buffet is not as big as some other regional casinos, but the food is so much better! The shrimp is crunchy and flavorful. The fried chicken is delicious (like Dad used to make). This is my new favorite weekend destination.

My rating of three stars only reflects my opinion of the casino. To me it's the least up to date casino in southern Indiana. It's very cramped and the machines are mostly older. For me, it's better to drive a couple miles up the road to Hollywood. However, if you enjoy a small, clean, and friendly casino with less smoke... This just might be your place.

Decent buffet, a lot better than some of the other casinos in the area. Not a bad assortment of games on the casino floor. A non-smoking section down stairs for those that want it, although you do have to walk through smoking section to get down there. All in all a place you should check out if you are in the area and looking to go to a casino.

I attended a catered event here and the staff that brought the food out were amazing. My table was joking with one of the caterers asking if there were going to be cookies and he said he didn't know but he would check and before we could stop him he was asking and 5 minutes later they we're bringing in the desserts. I wish I could have got his name because he was awesome! I didn't stay in the hotel but my friend did and said the beds were amazing. My only gripe is the fact smoking is still allowed, this would keep me from choosing this Casino over one that doesn't allow it.
