Food came out horrible, burnt, soggy just plain nasty. Found out it is internship cooks are cooking the food. That explains the why maybe the food isnt good. This is my third time coming back to try to get the 1st bite from my 1st experience its impossible. I wont return. I'm going to eat somewhere else.
A bit pricey & overall I cannot recommend. 4 of us entered & although their was 4 employee's at the Hostess station not one acknowledged our entrance or presence. (we were dressed casually, but nicely). We had a table of 4. 3 of the 4 Steaks were very under cooked. After a 2nd attempt my $50.00 ribeye was cooked medium but it was so so at best. (I love a nicely marbled ribeye but this one was almost all fat) The service started out fair (Mike) but quickly became mediocre ( maybe it was the game on the lounge TV that distracted him?) Manager stopped by & graciously offered to take my steak off the bill. (appreciated him paying attention to the fact it wasn't being eaten) Server Mike made a few comments about rewards card & points which we didn't understand his comments but we all had an impression it was about his tip.??? We tipped $40.00 for $188.00 dinner that was 50% . off with a members card. Bottom line: i would not recommend by a long shot. Tough break for us all.
