We had to wait in line for more than an hour and the food was really salty. Also the tables and dishes weren't very clean. the only good thing was the ice cream.

The food was all cold. The food quality was about like a hospital. The best part was the frozen cheesecake. Even the ice cream had no flavor.

Drove from Omaha for dinner and entertainment on 9/11/17. Food was horrible, service was terrible. It was so bad we didn't tip nor did I eat my food, just paid, left and drove straight back to Omaha. Ended up playing at Ameristar and told one of the hosts at Ameristar and they comped 3 buffets for a future visit just for coming. Flower Island was a complete waste of time and money! I will attempt to post a pictures of our completely cold and undercooked food.

Easter buffet 2018, very poor service and food.
Omelet station server, wore gloves and handeled the cooked omelete several times after cooking with gloved hands, removing and rearranging the toppings. Who knows where the gloves had been.
Steak looked good but to tough to chew. Fish was flavorful, but cold. Soup warm not hot.
Very disappointed.
Couldn't find any one to share the above comments with.
They have the opportunity to have a positive dinning experience, but are failing.
Three adult buffet brunch were $40, a little much for poor service and food.

Empfehlenswert für einen schönen Abend mit tollen Ambiente! Meine Frau und ich haben uns einen schönen Abend mit sehr guten Essen gemacht! Dinner und Casino! Service im Restaurant und auch vom Personal allgemein das man am Abend kontaktiert ist Spitze! Es war für meine Frau und mich ein sehr schöner Abend!

The place was nice and appeared to be pretty clean. Staff was friendly...but in the dining area they seemed to be short staffed (Friday night). One girl TRIED to service the WHOLE back area of the restaurant, almost BY HERSELF!!! I felt sorry for her. The food was FABULOUS though. I HOPE to go back again REAL SOON!?? A little TOO smoky when you walk in. Need better ventilation system. Didn't smell the cigarettes while I was eating...THANK GOODNESS!!!

Beautiful view from the room and love the smell of the ocean air. Best night sleep ever. Most of all loved the pool and hot tub. As for the restaurant would like to see the omlet station back it was great also nice to see lobster on the menu. The staff in the restaurant was much better since our last visit kudos to Scottie ??
