We've eaten here a half dozen times. ALWAYS excellent food, service and atmosphere! Wouldn't be a trip to Coushatta without dinner at Big Sky!

The managers, Chris and Thomas, are very balanced with professionalism and being personable.
Hostess is very welcoming friendly.
Our meal was delicious (-and meat temperature is on point).
This is definitely the best restaurant in this setting.
