Nice casino, very new and shiny and really fun games. I only use the slot machines, but they have no table gaming other than video table gaming. Comparing Plainridge Casino to Twin Rivers, I would say that my own personal experience indicates that Twin Rivers has a slightly higher winning payout margin. But Plainridge's Marquee Reward program offers much higher slot play offers, and really lets you build up your tier level much faster than Twin Rivers. Unfortunately, having achieved executive producer level after considerable expense, one of the most looked forward to and clearly advertised benefit was supposed to be access to the VIP lounge. Well apparently that access is not currently allowed. And writing any sort of correspondence with their help or support department (they do not even list a telephone number) results in no reply whatsoever. It seems to me very poor business sense and more than a little unethical to advertise such a benefit and then to be told that your access after spending all that money, is denied. PS, the night I asked about this benefit I was allowed to view the lounge area. It was completely empty. So being told that it depends on how busy or whether or not the space could hold executive producer members, was clearly not sustainable. Hopefully this will be addressed by the management and they will make good on their promises. I only write this because I felt personally that I am not alone in feeling misled about this turn around of award privileges and it needs to be addressed soon. Also, this can only bolster Plainridge Casino's reputation and attract more customers which in both the short- and long-terms would only benefit everyone.
