No refrigerator, no microwave, rooms weren't very nice... Took everything we put in...NO payout... Very Tight slots... Best thing was the very nice people and I'd give the buffet about a 5. Do yourself a favor and stop by Royal River in Flaundre South Dakota! They are remodeling right now, but you are sure to have a better time!

What a great concert. Seen Charley Pride 3 times before this concert and have to say at 84 years old he saved the best till last. Sang allot of songs that i never heard before and they were just beautiful. Also Jackpot has excellent sound crew and have the modern technology to have super concerts in there new theatre. Top Quality !!!!! 5 stars all the way.

Food and gift shop are great although the gift shop clerk left me waiting for 20 minutes for assistance. Not impressed with the arcade and the bottom of the pool is brown (hasn't been cleaned in a long while). The top of the TV stand in the room was pretty dusty. Room was otherwise clean and decent condition.

My little get away when I want to enjoy a little slice of Vegas without the travel. Great slots, polite workers and just all around nice. Even if I loose I still walk out a winner because I always enjoy the visit

I will definitely come here again! They give you $10 free for your first time! The drinks are free, the staff is very nice and helpful, the games are easy to play. I recommend black jack, and at the end of the day I came out positive! It was a great experience and I hope you have one like I do! Also they gave me a free deck of cards. I loved that.

I've been coming to Jackpot over the last 7 years, racking up several nights in the hotel, and many meals at the hotel restaurants. This most recent stay was subpar to say the least. The service in the restaurants was mediocre, although the food was still of great quality. The rooms now leave much to be desired. My tub would not drain properly, and despite repeated requests for maintenance to deal with this issue, it was not addressed during my stay. Also, the television and all of the lamps are on one light switch, so you have to turn everything off manually if you would like to use any one thing independently of the others. At one point during my stay, all of my room keys became disabled, creating yet another inconvenience. Regular maintenance does not seem to be performed anymore, as the elevators look horribly abused. The pillows and other linens are showing their age, and the shower head was pulling out of the wall. Overall, if it were not the only hotel in the area, I would not return for future stays. If one were to open a quality hotel just down the road, I guarantee they could make a killing, as Jackpot is no longer worth the money.

Rooms are only ok. No fridge or microwave which is pretty standard these days. When we asked for a fridge, they wanted to charge us extra. Our son has medical needs. It took convincing to have them give us one for free. The covers had cigarette burn holes in them. Paint was peeling off the wall from where a chair was rubbing on the wall. Pool area was nice. Splash pool for the kids with a small slide and a tipping splash bucket. Very large hot tub for the adults.

We loved this place not only did we win but it doesn’t just suck your money away. I liked the caribou coffee as well the manager seemed very nice. I also lost my keys and the hotel staff had found them and ushered them to the front desk in the matter of minutes. Very nice people even the security seemed nice considering most casinos the security team get this ego and want to check your license and inspect it like your some hoodlum...annoying.

My room was a non-smoking double. It was clean and well maintained. The Native American decor is attractive. Love the light fixtures on the hallway walls! The only negative at the hotel was that the pillows were too hard for me. The casino allows smoking inside the building. This is not a plus for me, since the smoke stings my eyes, but many other casino customers seemed to enjoy smoking while they gambled. Jackpot Junction Casino/Hotel is located in the scenic Minnesota River Valley. History buffs might enjoy touring the Lower Sioux Agency Interpretive Center and the many roadside memorials. Golfers will enjoy the Dakota Ridge golf course. Another nearby attraction is Ramsey Falls located in the Alexander Ramsey Municipal park in Redwood Falls.

My purpose for going here was to eat at their buffet. The buffet always has a great selection. I especially like their omelet bar. The good was hot and tasty. We were able to be seated quickly.
