Best Sushi on the entire Gulf Coast! We regularly visit Biloxi, Beau Rivage, and ALWAYS go to the Jia Asian for EEL Rolls (DRAGON Roll). Hands down the very best eel we've ever eaten - and we've sampled eel from all over the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Coast, Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Caribbean. Corey and his staff are wonderful hosts and his Sushi Bar chefs produce Michelin quality sushi. If you love eel (or other Asian favorites) you must try the Jia Asian at the Beau Rivage.

Somebody give Scotty a promotion! This man's service was out of this world, and my family and I have been talking about his precious, eager to help, can-do attitude. Our experience was already great, the food was fantastic (albeit pricey) and the atmosphere is absolutely incredible. - but Scotty drove the experience home for us, making sure every second was perfect, always smiling, and going the extra mile with every request. I've never felt so welcome as a customer. He truly deserves more stars than can be given. Thank you so much, Scotty!

It is difficult to justify giving a restaurant 5 Stars - I worry that anyone would think this means that this is the best restaurant I can imagine. It is not. But, taken in the context of what it is (an ambitious combination of sushi, pan-Asian and Hibachi) and where it is, Jia could hardly be better. The service is excellent with plenty of staff to take care of all your needs. The ambience is very nice - the hibachi does not dominate (it is in the back) and the light is low enough but yet you can see your menu and food. The food is top notch. They have very good quality sushi with some imaginative rolls (try the Atom Bomb tuna lovers), the hibachi is entertaining, and the traditional Asian menu has some traditional "Chinese Restaurant" favorites, but a lot of creative spin-offs. You can always try something new. The wok fried whole lobster, for instance, was delicious, but the "head soup" they make with it is eye opening and out of this world.
