This Hollywood casino was a disappointment from going to the Hollywood in tunaca MS.This one on the coast has no movie memorabilia were is the Hollywood in the Casino. The service was great but Buffy over priced for children there is no way a kid under 12 should pay full price they can only eat so much and kids under 4 should be free.

The Hollywood Casino is a great place to visit. The machines present are update to date, and interesting. Also, promotional offers for food, slot play, entertainment, and hotel accommodations are regularly implemented. Restaurants are generous on portions and buffet pricing is reasonable. My only complaint is when attending the gaming floor late at night/early a.m. hours servers and machine attendants are a rare sight.

Spent most of the time at the Lazy River. Rented a Cabana all day Saturday(worth every dollar!!) Had great Cabana girl Hailey bringing us Patron margaritas on the rocks, everyone was so friendly! Met a lot of fun, different people from all over! Room was clean, beautiful view of the Bay. Grill food is good but lengthy lines. THE BEST TIME EVER!

Very attractive place to stay, rooms were clean, but only thing I did not like water in the jacuzzi was brown and I could not get in it.....I would take a shower , but no bath... and casino was nice, but they allow smoking and I am a x.smoker I quit 12 yrs. Ago.

Never enough cocktail servers, I have spent $100"s of dollars before being offered even a bottle of water. The floor staff rude and unfriendly. Walk into the slipper a cocktail is there immediately, never have to wait. Bartenders need to show more excitement when a customer that tips $5 for one beer, they never smile or show gratefulness that you are spending $ at the casino, as there are so many casino's to choose from. Some days it's so dead. The free gifts are always rain checks, just so many things that need attention.

We've visited here frequently for years,eat & play for awhile. The shrimp po boy is so small,really you should consider giving people a little more for the money...? But the staff and people here are very nice...!

Went there for Mothers Day last Sunday. We drove about an hour and half to eat crab legs at the buffet. It took about 2 hours to be seated. While they were good the next day I broke out with hives and each day it got worse. My lips, hands, and feet were swollen. Me, My twin sister, two of my nephews and my mom and dad all had a very bad allergic reaction to the seafood. This only happens when it is NOT fresh. I missed 3 days of work this week and have lost sleep every night. Will not go there again!

I love the Hollywood Casino. The food is excellent no matter which venue you choose. From the cheapest to the most expensive: The Grill, Epic Buffet and Bogarts. The bakery is the BEST bakery on the coast and they do EVERYTHING. Specialty cakes are extraordinary. The hotel is remarkable and staff is pleasant. Casino is large and has many many floors and has so many choices. Highly recommend at any time of year!

Ate free enjoyed my visit all employees are so nice love the people there don't like the fact my free play was cut 10 a time when I now drive 1 and a half hours to get there won't be able to go as often. For sure it won't pay for gas a producer card sucks now. Used to mean something but not anymore

We lost our room at another casino, my son was tired and we were broke. The other casino didnt refund us,so the manager gave us a cut rate. We went right in with no problem. The room was great and clean. The staff is beyond the best in the business. I will never stay at another casino ever again. Hollywood has the best....HANDS DOWN!!
