Chef need to learn how to cook
Ordered a filet mignon cooked medium with asparagus. The filet was raw inside and the asparagus tasted like chemicals. The waiter agreed that the steak was terrible and offered me a free piece of cake. Really free cake? Dinner was terrible only gave it a few stars because the atmosphere was nice. They have lost my business forever. Salt grass here I come.

Beautiful resort my family loved every minute. Especially the fireworks they sell them and have a place to shoot them off the real good fireworks the dangerous ones we had as kids. Now I get to share the excitement with my kids not the dumb safe a sane ones that look like an overheating hover board just some Sparks and a flame. These are like your in a war torn country. Yeah buddy!

Nice hotel... Love all the food spots and the Colorado River right here. Amazing water sports to participate in. Pool is lovely. The WiFi is not stable, you have to continuously log back in. No refrigerator in room, at least in our room, which sucks. As hot as it is you would think there’s a place to keep your personal drinks cool. But they offer a bucket to fill up on ice whenever. Their restaurant is pretty decent as well. The price for meals are affordable... 110° today and Friday 118°.... Come dress for the heat. Lol!

Wow and can't say enough about this hotel! I won a $5K bonus on Buffalo Gold and that was amazing! Then I won $11K on the lightening link! I walked out with a lot of money! Only advice tot he owner, please put a Bank of America office outside your casino :) You should quit your jobs and stop investing in retirement, just come here! This place is amazing $:)

For the price, $70+fees per night, u pretty much pay for a friendly & quite hotel. Most guests here are retired people (old folks) and groups of family. They room is kinda old and no refrigerator nor microwave. However you can ask for a refrigerator for $10 a day. They do have a kid zone that you can drop off your kid for ~$10/hr so you can go gamble or have some adults activities. Casino area is ok, lots of slot machines and the dealers are nice, slow pace. The pool is pretty nice but it gets crowded around evening times. Jet ski rental is also available for $89/hr + tax + 20 gas, of course it gets cheaper if you u do more hours or all day. Over all I had a great time staying here with my family.

My family and I made reservations at your establishment the weekend of July 13 to July 15 we had made reservations for a total of 3 rooms I had called in advance asking if my family and I could have our rooms close to each other two of our rooms that where reserved where the 2 queen bed rooms and upon our arrival we were told that one was a deluxe and the other was just a standard room but we both paid the same amount for the rooms so we ended up in different towers, even after I called asking to be put together. My family and I were really disappointed being we were expecting something else I feel your pictures in your website are somewhat deceiving your rooms look nothing like your pictures and your pool and beach area are extremely over crowded very hard for my children to enjoy the pool. Also I was not aware that smoking was allowed in the casino area was somewhat hard to play when someone next to you is smoking. And your elevator are slower then molasses and in the area of the elevators there seems to be no AC which made very uncomfortable to be waiting there when your all hot so what I'm trying to say that my overall experience was not very good not sure if we will be returning to your establishment.

Worst experience ever. For a resort it lacks a lot of amenities. First the girl Jacqueline ay front desk does not know what customer service means. She had the worst attitude. What's the point of making a reservation if when you get there they cant find your reservation. After looking in the computer for 5 minutes she finds the reservation only to tell me that the room I had booked was not available. She said will give you other room is about the same. No apology or nothing and the room I got was dirty, the lamps were not working. I have stay in other resorts and I can say this was the worst. For the money you paid and not to even have a microwave or a fridge is just not worth it. Don't waste your money on this place.🤔

We had a terrific time and wonderful customer service from the advantage club card host to the drink host. Even the other patronage were super nice and helpful. We played a few games and doubled the money that we came in to play with we also had some Ice cream from the food court. The service at the food court was also great

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Spent most of our time down at their private beach. Really beautiful view of the water. The only thing I didn't like was all the cigarette smell especially in the casino.

Great casino, went to moon shadow for dinner. Excellent service, realised it was fine dining and it was fine dining!!!!!!!! Underline that last bit and put in bold!!!! Just excellent. We saw a movie as well and found an arcade area with pool tables and some fancy games.
