Shouldn't they get a manager in here who can raise the ratings above two stars? Why did I have to wait in line for 30 minutes? Why is the boy who takes orders so slow? Why is this kind of bad business even allowed? Obviously don't go here

We walked in and we ordered well over 100 dollars worth of food all together. The tables were disgusting and the place was overall filthy. The workers were rude and we did not feel welcomed and the food did not taste as well as other mcdonalds. The soda was also very watery. As we were leaving, we saw a COCKROACH crawl across and all around the floor. We were roo late to take a video and a guy went to tell the manager and the manager laughed with the guy. I find nothing funny about cockroaches in a food establishment. We had walked outside and all over where we had parked, were roaches everywhere. We are very disappointed and disgusted about this. We will never be coming back.

This is the worst Mcdonald's we've ever been to. First of all you know it's going to be bad just by looking at the parking lot. Garbage everywhere.
Disgusting place. Walk in and find no one at the counter. We wait and two employees walk by and say nothing. They then go back into the kitchen area without a word. Some eye contact. We go to the automated order system in the eating area. It won't take our order. Run Run far away from this location. They can't even clean up and take an order. What happens to your food??? While we were there two customers came up to the counter complaining about there orders were wrong. This place should be shut down!!!

Skip the Starbucks across the street that charges $1.50 per cup of tap water (yes, even with other purchases) and buy your frappes and espresso drinks here for half the price and as many free waters as you like 😀

Messed up order - asked for bacon n egg mcmuffin and got "mcgriddle" instead. They would not provide milk for coffee, only cream. I was told if I wanted milk in my coffee I could purchase a carton. For the equivalent of a tablespoon of milk? Ridiculous!

Could be nice facility with more care. Not super busy so no excuse for condition. Almost every empty table was dirty. Food all over floor by a table - saw family leave 20 min. before. Men's bathroom dirty. 2 of 3 stalls had no TP, 1 had pee all over seat, another had poop in TP in a corner. They don't participate in the national $1.00 soda/beverage. Could be a great facility with some management improvements.

Ordered my food in the drive thru and on my way to pay I saw something crawling on the wall. Then I noticed the window where no one was sitting to take money was open. Then I saw another larger something crawling. It was roaches/waterbugs I drove off. Not going back there again.

I feel bad for everyone.. don't know what the hold up was but simple order and 30 minutes, still nothing. Not sure why... SMH
