Same great service and smoothies but place looks run down. I'm guessing the manager or owner don't care about the establishment's upkeep. All the seats are ripped beyond repair..

Awkwardly stood at the register forever before anybody finally awknowledged I was there and took my order. I ordered one of the salad bowls, and for $8, I was very disappointed. I could have paid less and received better quality ingredients had I bought a pre-made salad at Vons. For paying that much and waiting that long, I would expect the ingredients to be fresh. There was also trash on many of the tables and the cushions at the booths were torn up and taped together.

Zombie kids working the counters, trash on the floor, hot and stuffy. Very poor.

Hard to deny how delicious this place is, but the staff is absolutely horrendous. They literally make it uncomfortable for the customer and I felt like my order was inconvenient to them. The look of irritation on the cashiers face and the lady who brought me my food was undeniable. I dreaded coming back here cause I cannot stand customer service this bad. Oh not to mention, it took 20 minutes to get my two smoothies. Management should take a second look at this location. By the sounds of it, i am not the only one who has had this experience.

This place sucks! This is the second time I've been here and had problems both times. The first time they ran out of bananas. There's only two drinks on their menu that don't contain bananas. How do you run out of the staple ingredient in your smoothies? And now the second time there's only one girl working and it took ten minutes just to place my order. And I was FIRST in line! Then a kid finally comes out of the back and looks like he just woke up. Management in this place deserves the blame.

Good place, great location. I just wish it was clean and in good repair. There are holes in the seats and the tables are all wobbly

Visit last week produced a very weak and bland smoothie. Tried again today and it does not taste good. Maybe the orange juice is bad? I never have these problems at Jamba Juice. Service was good however.

Smoothie is very tasty but service was poor. I got a bread sandwich with a little bit of turkey... I ordered the ultimate club. If you’re going to call something ultimate, it needs to be full of all the ingredients. My coworker ordered a jerk bowl and got a wrap, then on the second try got the bowl without beans or pineapple, by then they told her that there were no black beans. The manager was very apologetic and helpful in fixing the problem.
