We've been dining here for years whenever we visit Las Vegas. They never disappoint. We've actually dined here for our anniversary 3x the past decade. This last visit was as great as any. I love calamari and theirs was really good. While I've only discovered cioppino the last few years, FiAMMA's version has absolutely been the best I've ever had. Their cioppino will be the standard I'll measure others against. My daughter loves pasta like most 12 year olds we know but she said this place had the best pasta she's ever had. We can't wait to dine here again on our next Las Vegas trip.
Very good Italian food that is very tasty. The downsides are: the open outer wall where loud, drunk semi clad pool patrons pass and the bar music drowning out the ambient music from the restaurant.
I love Italian food and FiAMMA really exceeded my expectations very authentic dishes.... I also like to mention the great magnificent location💞...
Think of it as visiting Italy inside the MGM GRAND in Las Vegas 👌
Amazing. If I had to choose one word for this restaurant, AMAZING! Me and three of my guests came here last minute and it was one of the best decisions we have made. Wasn't any wait and the staff is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I ordered the chicken parm which came out perfect and very quick. My fiancé ordered Fehttuchini Pesto both were absolute pleasures. If you come here I highly recommend those two choices. Great restaurant I definitely will be back on my next vegas trip.
This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Vegas. If you like Italian, I mean who doesn't love it, but you have got to make this stop. Definitely do the 3 course meal!! It's so worth the money and the portions were huge. We all had a to go box. The meatballs were amazing and fork tender. The shortrib ravioli was delicious. You can't go wrong honestly. I will be going back on my next visit to sin city!!
My mother can almost never eat in Italian restaurants because of a black pepper allergy. She was initially disheartened upon learning that 90% of the sauces and dishes on the menu contained the offending stuff. Enter Enrique, the executive sous-chef at Fiamma, who came to our table to hash out the details. For the first time in years, mom was able to have spaghetti and tomato sauce with grilled chicken for dinner, made for her from scratch with no black pepper. On top of being accomodating and kind, the servers and chefs gave my mother something she hasn’t had in a while: a good plate of pasta! We both enjoyed our meals immensely. 🍝
