Gallagher's Steakhouse

Had a good meal. Really good service. Several decent craft beer options. Prime rib was good, wife's NY strip was a bit too charred. Would try again.

Gallagher's Steakhouse

Service perfect, Steak perfect, crab legs perfect. We had to wait to eat here but once we did we were very happy with the dishes. My wife had chicken which was also really go. The price is a bit high but worth the meal you get. Close entertainment with the piano bar next door.

Ordered the bourbon smoked bacon for starters...bacon was succulent smoky and it goes well with crackling that melts in your mouth. The mains, my wife and I ordered scallops and their signature 20oz dry aged strip. Steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely will return!

Gallagher's Steakhouse

Ordered the Porterhouse and Lobster with crab cakes as an appetizer. Crab cakes were easily best I've ever had. Wife had the lobster and loved it. Porterhouse was not cooked precisely to spec but it was properly seasoned. Service was phenomenal.

Great steak house! (& I know my beef!) The New York strip is very big so if you're not that hungry & you don't want leftovers then you might want to share! The service was excellent too! The best service we've had in Vegas!!! We will definitely be going back every time we are in Vegas!

Gallagher's Steakhouse

Great looking steakhouse, dry aged beef in the front beckoning hungry steak lovers. We decided to indulge in the 30 day dry aged strip steak cooked medium rare. Perhaps it was just our two steaks, but they were dry and tough. Unfortunately the server was MIA for the 15 minutes after the steaks were served. They cleared our table including the steaks and when the server finally checked with us, the dry tough evidence was long gone. Apologetic but about 15 minutes too late to make up for our dinner. Not sure if it’s us expecting a perfectly tender steak cooked to perfection, but the meal was a disappointing experience. Overall, our server was pleasant and helpful, just would have been better to check with us a few minutes after our dinner was delivered to the table.

The staff is amazing. Attentive without being intrusive. Our server has been working here for 10 years. We felt pampered and well taken care of. I prefer steak med rare, the cut and cook were perfect. Sides were plentiful and just plain yummy. We decided to indulge in cheesecake and coffee. Both were just as good as our steaks. If you are in Vegas and in the mood for a perfectly aged and cooked steak, stop here. Coffee and cheesecake just because, stop here.

Gallagher's Steakhouse

This restaurant is located inside the New York Hotel and Casino. The food and service was great. Everything is ordered a la carte. The prices are expensive, but the food is very high quality, so I feel the tab was as expected. The whole reason to eat here would be the steaks, but the sides and desserts were wonderful as well. The only reason I took one star off is that the restaurant is open to the casino, and therefore noisy, and smells like cigarette smoke. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The five stars are for our wait staff and food. Our dinner was one of the best meals we have ever had; however, I would give the blond hostess zero stars. She was extremely rude. We looked online and there were a lot of reservation spots open and had just walked by the restaurant and saw a lot of open tables. Since we were staying in the hotel, we decided to just walk in for dinner. It was 5:35. The hostess told us that she did not have any tables until 8:30. When I told her that I just checked online and there were available reservations as early as 545, she very rudely told us that “those tables are reserved to accommodate larger parties.” We walked out and got online and reserved a table for 5:45. When we returned, the hostess was not there but later saw us multiple times while seating others. Every single time she stared us down and made us uncomfortable. I worked the service industry many years and would have lost my job with that attitude.
