This place has a restaurant and a bar which are separate. The restaurant has great food, good prices, nice atmosphere. The bar was great! Small local hang out, our bartender Janie was amazing! We were there for taco Thursday and had delicious dollar tacos.

Great food the service was awesome, my son ordered the green chili pork enchilada which was amazing I had the chicken fajitas that were not my favorite too dry so that is why 4 stars! Would go back but order something different!

I enjoyed a meal of chili relleno, beans, and rice. There are several burned-out light bulbs. Replacement would improve the ambience.

Romero's has been a part of OUR life since we moved here. I know George (the owner) personally. He makes the best seafood cocktail & the best Chile Verde in the world. My father in law loved the food there & whenever he came to visit, Romero's was one place we had to go to eat. Also, he has got the cleanest kitchen throughout Pahrump . It's also very family oriented & there is nothing bad I can say bout ROMERO'S. I recommend it if it's authentic Mexican food your looking for.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS... now customers for LIFE. Meal was awesome, hot, and served on a platter not a plate. Drinks were so refreshing and mixed expertly.

Tastey well prepared Mexican dishes. All meals start with homemade chips and salsa. You can purchase the chips and salsa separately in packages designed to take home and enjoy. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. I personally have not visited it but there is a bar next to the dining room. The owner offers pleasant background music and sometimes shows special events on the large screen TV. All around good dining experience that isn't overpriced. You can also bring large groups.

My son and I have been having lunch here for close to 10 years. The food and staff are great. We have never had a bad meal. We always have the #9, all rice and no beans on 1 plate. They know what we want and how we want it, we don't even need a menu. The food reminds me of a restaurant in Reno NV called Bertha Miranda's. We had lunch 1 time at a different mexican food restaurant, just was not the same and we have never been back. Romero's is the only one for us.
