Ordered 2 beverages, they got 1 right. Waited about 5 min before they noticed me standing there to get it fixed. Prices are more than an ordinary starbucks and they charge for a cup of water and ice even when its 107° outside. Service wasn't great but they are also swamped with tourists. So il give them that.

Cup of tap water $1.50! I was spending $14 for 2 coffees and asked for 2 cups of water and she said it would be $3. What?! No thanks. I walked across the street to McDonald's and enjoyed their frappes at half the cost and as much free water as I pleased.

Store was open, yet unable to sell any coffee as swing shift took the register keycard home. No offer to make me a drink and pay at gas station register.

I go to Starbucks everyday they already know what I like and they get it for me perfect I love Starbucks

I drink Starbucks daily. This was by far the nastiest Starbucks I have ever visited. The employees are completely ignorant to making drinks and they manage to burn the milk.
