Yum.. so the best thing to order is a double quarter pounder meal large and a small order off chicken nuggets.. then u take and open the double quart, and place 3 - 4 chicken nuggets one one party then closer it up and..I'd u get daring add some fry to it..but it's really goooooood

Cheap food with friendly low level staff. The higher ups find it difficult smile, possibly reptilians in disguise. Establishment is very clean and service is standard compared to other McDonald's. The high prices, when compared to other McDonald's around the area, the are what truly lead to an average rating. And the lack of smiles and positivity from higher ups.

I was walking my dog. Got hungry thought hey it's right by my house I'll grab something. Waited in line with my dog. Didn't bother anybody. When I got up to the mic they refused to serve me. So my question is what exactly was I going to do in the window, with flip flops on, that someone in a car couldn't? I can literally see your whole business through my bedroom window. I go there for something quick all the time. You've lost my business.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the floor staff. I did not get his name, a young African American and a young lady further away from me, demonstrated incredible organizational skills in serving customers at the Kiosk. I could not believe I was actually in a fast food restaurant...you go Mc Donald's... keep up the good work!... and I thought "Hustle" was gone with my generation.

Absolutely unacceptable that the prices are the same as downtown Seattle, but the workers are hired at 3$ less per hour.
If you're going to justify gouging customers, pay your workers what they deserve.
The owner of this franchise should be ashamed.
There's no Seattle soda tax here, so why are you charging me more and not paying your employees?

The cashier ran my card through machine 4 times then threw away my receipt before getting my permission to do so. Had to request a copy to have once I got the food...never throw away someones receipt before asking! It has store number on it for reference if there is an issue!!!

For being right near the jail in downtown Tacoma, this McDonald's was surprisingly sedate. This location was very clean and not nearly as sketchy as the McDonald's at 72nd and Pacific. Yes, there were homeless people hanging around and giving me the eye but I never felt in danger or disgusted by the atmosphere. Ordering was easy, thanks to these very cool electronic kiosks everywhere. You order, pay up front, take a big plastic number, find a seat and they bring you your food. Not too shabby! Yep, I'll definitely be coming back here when I go to the library and need some cheap eats before heading home. And, bonus: This McDonald's is right near a bus stop that has several buses to take you downtown or uptown. Nice!

First time at this location and customer service was amazing. Above and beyond what I was expecting. Not only was the new ordering kiosk easy and efficient the crew member autumn walked around asked if anyone needed cups, she even bussed the table and was so friendly and professional it really enhanced my dining experience.
I usually do not eat McDonald’s but today’s experience makes me want to come back!
