Totally disgusted with Fortune's management. Having made reservations for out of state friends and myself for Thursday, September 10th, I was amazed that at the last minute the management decided to only be open on Fridays and Saturdays starting with the week of September 7th. I had emailed twice and called and left phone messages twice to verify my reservation and to my surprise when I was checking their menu I saw the change. I still have not been contacted. I finally reached someone on 9/8 and told the lady I was very upset, she said the would have the manager contact me and as of 9/9 there has been no contact. I find this very UNPROFESSIONAL. I would have thought people who had reservations would have been notified. They do have my phone number and email. No excuse for this.

Last summer, I requested a GLUTEN-FREE meal. Talked with the waitress and the manager and we all decided the pork chop was the best selection for me. The chef plated the pork chop by adding bruschetta toast!!! That wasn't even mentioned in the description. Needless to say, by the time my meal was delivered, everyone else had finished their meals. There are many people who have gluten issues. I recommend that the menu AND the buffet items be labeled with GF options.

Negligent. I brought my mother from out of town to the brunch during pre track season to watch the harness racing. During the brunch my mother pulled a piece of stainless steel scouring pad from between her teeth and notified the waiter who said, "Sorry." I had to ask for management and an assistant to the manager returned with a $5 coupon off a visit to any other restaurant in the casino, stating that this was their "policy" to offer a coupon in the event of their negligence. The dishwashers were told to be more careful.
