It's not often I feel a hankering for a hot dog, but every once in a while the smoky goodness of a dog drifts into my memory and I need a bite of summer. Saratoga Awesome Dogs, a sort of a permanent food truck, makes pretty simple dogs. Nothing too elaborate or complicated. You can eat them without needing a shower afterward. I would love some extra stuff to pile on my dog, but it's pretty slim pickings and Saratoga Awesome Dogs is one of the few options around. Remember to bring cash as they are cash only.

Great quick lunch during the summer when you're grabbing beer and on the go. Reasonable prices too.

For a quick, delicious lunch this place is great. Burgers, Hots & Brots cooked over a wood fired grill gives them the lightly smoky flavor that makes them special. Come as you are, it's casual and friendly with outdoor seating. Love it!
