They weren’t so friendly, but once I got my food and grabbed a fork I saw a roach crawling into the fork station. I really regret getting food from them !
Pro: Had the "Mexican" burger, with tasty guac and pic pico de gallo, which was delicious, although it was cooked a tad closer to rare, instead of the medium rare, as ordered. Prices not too bad.
Con: I ate at the bar, and my server could not have been more disinterested. I am wondering why there is hardly anybody in here. As I type this, I am the only customer early on a Sunday evening.
Food was decent but the service was terrible. We were a group of 6 people and it was like we weren't even there. We had to get up to get our servers attention, and splitting the bill seemed to be difficult. I hope that this isn't an everyday experience for people, but I would caution those who think of coming here.
Food was ok. Service was average. The place isn't very clean. The obvious benefit is that it is open late. I am giving it one star because when I got the check it had a line that said "service charge" adding 18 percent but in a smaller letter and underneath it said "suggested tip" with boxes to tick adding 15, 18 or 20 extra. And after I gave them my credit card they gave me another print with the total and boxes to be checked adding more tip. Tricking clients deserves 1 star.
I'm vegan, so I visited the Wynn on the premise that they are vegan-friendly, along with my lady, who's doesn't not share my food restrictions; and, I recommend paying the extra $16 for the line pass...??!!! This was for brunch, and I was personally escorted by one of the chefs, as he pointed out which foods were for my consumption. However, my lady wasn't as satisfied as I was (we are a team), as she was expecting more selection variety for the price. ????'s...For veg lovers, this is one of the few places that you will enjoy a meal.
