I have never been disappointed with this awesome spot. Right next to the main drag, outdoor seating allows for a nice people watching experience. If you have never been before, beware! One should never walk into the Up The Hill Grill with a 1/2 full stomach. The size of the burgers will impress you, but the taste is what will bring you back. On Thursdays in the summer this is the perfect place to enjoy "Cruisin' Main". Service with a smile, and food made with love. Do not hesitate to try this Ramona gem.

Up the Hill Grill has a great menu that offers reasonable prices for the quality of food that you receive here. I’d recommend anyone who lives in Ramona to eat there.

My brother suggested this place even though I live/d in Ramona and he didn't. It was surprisingly great. Food was really good and with good portions. The wait staff was super friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Place! Very friendly, great food just be patient. It takes them a little bit longer than a fast food place to cook it but it's definitely worth waiting for
