Had a blast here for the first time ever going gambling. Especially when I left with an extra $900 after only spending only a $100. Took a while for payouts to happen but it was due to being short handed. They were very apologetic and very courteous, very helpful. All in all I had a terrific time here. Best part is I ate a huge plate of Nacho's... yes Nacho's! For like $2.50 and they were so good. Make sure you try them.
I never thought I would wright a review but after tonight I think they deserve it. I have never been treated so bad in my life the valet lost my keys and didn't know if my car was in their garage I was insulted called an idiot and even threaten to call security on me because I wanted my car, not only was I called a liar and a drunk (I don't even drink ) but the MANAGER on duty made me waite 30 min in the lobby so I can speak to him. Not an apology or the dignity to hear me out. SO to the Saratoga Casino you will never see me or my money ever again. I give you a one star because I can't give you less. Oh and please don't respond with your generic apology that you use after every comment.
Very unfriendly management and pit boss on Friday, April 20th. I was treated very poorly. I would recommend other casino's. Too bad, this WAS a good casino with SOME great people (ie, Gary, Andrew, Jessica at the tables). It always make me wonder how casinio's spend $10,000's on advertising and can't treat people right once they are at the establishment.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE SLOTS
Title says it all. If you look at reviews of this casino on other sites you'll pick up on a theme: The slot machines don't pay off.
I'm assuming they have their systems tuned down far below acceptable win percentages compared to other casinos. Sit there for a half hour and you won't hear the bells of any machine go off. Was bizarre how bad it was for everyone in my group. We visited five casinos that night and only lost at this one.
